The worst mortgage company ever! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers. They got my deal for 60 days and were always affirmative and positive that everything was perfect and we were going to close but, in reality, all they did was to put me and my hard-gotten under-contract property at risk as well as my deposit for the transaction because they were so negligent to do their job when they had 2 months for it and then 1 day before closing and after emailing me that they were working on my clear to close they came up with a lot of BS just for the sake of it and to try to get more money out of me. On top of that: - Interest rate went up 4 times going from a proposed 4-4.5% to an ultimate 8.3% - Their communication and follow-up it's absolutely terrible, never responded to my or my real state agent's calls, emails or texts. Only after 3 or 4 days of trying, yes days. - They are not trustworthy at all about what they say will do and the requirements for it, the conditions keep and keep changing into harder and harder terms. - Soulless, useless, negligent, no ethics, no professionalism Just stay away and report them, they are not supposed to be "helping" people to get something as important as a house. Joao ******** and Marcio ******* are completely responsible for my disgusting experience. And for the record, I saved my property and closed 10 days after leaving this trashy company, that is proof that all my documentation was on point and that I made things happen with a serious mortgage company.

Kept wanting money up front. Kept promising mortgage was good to close. Then refuse to answer calls. Sent text wanting me to spend more money. Then claims it fell through. Bad business

Horrible lender experience. Currently, in the process of buying a house in Florida. 2.5 weeks out I get told we can't get the loan per Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Jason Allen offered me an option of another lender for 30% down with 6% fees. SCAM ARTIST! Never do business with them EVER!
