            In September 2022 I visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and paid for a membership. Part of the membership included a welcome package with t-shirts and other items which would be shipped later. I received an email In October 2022 that the shipping of the membership package would be delayed, which was fine. After waiting a couple months, I sent an email asking about the membership package with no response. I sent about three other emails since then asking about the estimated delivery for the membership package and never received any response. It's now nine months later. In my last message I let them know I had no choice to file a complaint with BBB since they weren't even responding. It's unfortunate, but I paid for a membership which included the promised package. To never even bother responding after several attempts just isn't right. I've included the first and last email in my complaint.
