    Worst company ever lied to us I have the text messages.from the company. Told me to send a text message about arrival time so someone could open gate yup never happened..setting in the freezing cold .thankfully the hotel gentleman let us stay inside to get warm ..need to shut down this illegal place down ...will be call to fill a formal complaint..Shuttle driver very rude and disrespectful...no stars******

    Used them 4 to 5 times. Last 3 times had different issues with shuttle driver and their extremely difficult operations system. Definitely not customer friendly or convenient. You CAN'T arrive earlier than 10 minutes or later than 5 minutes before your scheduled shuttle. I've missed a flight before because driver took 1 hour and 5 minutes to pick me up at the lot (he refused to allow me on his shuttle because I was only 3 minutes before my reserved shuttle when he had empty seats to take me. I rebooked my flight for the next day and arrived within the exact window and driver had the balls to try to make me pay extra for the shuttle because it wasn't the original date (which they made me miss). Another trip the driver didn't show up for 45 minutes after my scheduled return leaving me to wait in wind and rain at 38 degrees. Driver never offered any appology or excuse for his showing up late or empathy for my freezing outside in rain for 45 minutres.

    This was an aweful experience. Not only were the instructions unclear, but we sent a text letting the service know we were here and waited an hour to be picked up, despite the directions indicating that the service picks up at 20 past the hour and 40 past the hour. The driver had absolutely no customer service. He argued with all of us and then decided to turn the air off in the shuttle despite it being a heatwave in Cleveland because he didn’t want to “catch a cold”…..never again!

    We were left stranded at the airport by this company. We had to uber to the lot where they wouldn't let us retrieve our car. We called the police, they came and the company made us pay another $40 to get our car out. The police agreed we should just pay and contact the bank in the morning which we did and everything was reversed, but they still stole $40 from us and almost stranded us in the middle of the night. This company has been on the news and isn't licensed in Ohio right now. The security guard at the hotel next door said the night before they made a family with kids sleep in the lobby before they would open the gate to let them get their vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    The name says it all....they give their CUSTOMERS 2 BIRDS! Travel issues caused me to return a day later so I had to pay for an additional day. No problem...well after almost 2 hours of confusing texting i was finally told that my original reservation had been canceled and i had to pay for all stayed days (which was now a premium price pre-day). Fine....but...To top it off i was never refunded the amount i initially paid so i paid double for terrible service!

    They didn't pock us up as promised, I had to get a taxi. They wint answer phone calls and their texts are generic from an automated response machine. They charged me more money for the shuttle when they advertise free shuttle. Awful company, go anywhere else!

    Detailed instructions provided when booked parking. Follow the directions to a T and had a wonderful experience. When we got back, we follow the directions again and had a very lovely experience. The driver was very polite and sweet and caring.

    This was the absolute WORST customer service I’ve experienced in my life- twice! The first time I thought was a fluke or I caught the driver on a bad day. But after my 2nd terrible experience with this company, I started reading all the 1 star reviews on Facebook and other places, and now understand this is how the company operates. I cannot emphasize enough what a horrible and confusing and degrading experience that was. How is this company still in business????

    I feel like not only is a crazy that you have to wait 50 minutes for a pick up. It's even more crazier that when your driver comes, he's not polite he doesn't even help the older people get in the vehicle that was standing in there waiting or help them at all, and then to pull up in the parking lot not even take the luggage out, not come to the side door, close the doors and just pull off is very rude and unprofessional The driving is outrageous not even doing the speed limit it's just not called for

    TERRIBLE! They have hidden fees. Told us it was an extra $25 on the way there. Got back and the guy said it was $25. We told him we paid on the way there. He then said oh it’s another $25, which the other guy never mentioned. He never had the link to the additional fees and sat at the airport until the fee was paid. Then proceeded to ask for proof. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and NASTY!
