    The sales rep. (Alvin) Was great, straightforward and did his best so this is not on him. I bought 2017 *** *** 2 days ago and drove it back to Chicago. They told me it passed their inspection and everything is perfect. I knew the car needed a few things, a major service, brakes and tires and I bought it knowing that. Their FN Manager also indicated to me that I will have 3 days to report issues and they will take care of it. Lies of course hence this review. I tool the car to my local *** and there was an oil leak coming from the rear main seal, an 11 and half hours job. I texted the rep and asked to share some of this bill NOT all since its out of state, its a used a car and I would like to be reasonable and they refused saying they sold it as is. Legally they are not obligated but morally and if they respected their business they would’ve, it’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bring a mechanic with you when buying. Really not trust worthy

    Beware of this seller. I found a vehicle on the website and paid to have it shipped out of state. When it arrive, the check engine light was on and the interior smelled strongly of gasoline. Then, the first time it rained, the interior flooded with 2-3 inches of water. Repairs cost more than $3,000 to get it running properly. I worked with a Tim and a Mike, who after receiving my wire transfer for payment have now gone silent communicating with me. Avoid dealing with them, especially if you are unable to have an independent mechanic look over the vehicle first. They can't be trusted.

    mr ********* did buy the 2016 jeep on 10-28-2024 this jeep sat on are lot with no water or check engine light i look back on the pictures when car was in photo and no check engine light on we put every car in service before we sell them we did offer a warranties to all are customers the dealer ship was up front and car was sold as is and declined the warranty i have enclosed all paper work signed by the customer

    The pictures online showed no check engine light. BUt when the car was delivered to me, the check engine light was on and the vehicle reeked of gasoline. That is the problem. The delivery person said "It smells like gasoline in here. You might need to get it cleaned or something." That strong smell was unmistakable and the check engine was on WHEN DELIVERED. It is not a problem that arose later. A reputable, trustworthy seller would correct the problem. Tradewinds refuses.

    My wife and I just bought a Honda CRV-Hybrid at tradewinds motor center, Tim was amazingly helpful. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and made sure we were completely comfortable with our decision.
