      ******************************************** card. I only receive an email to pay my bill AFTER it is late not the notice they said they sent for the bill. Instead they have charged a late fee of 100% of my bill. This also happened in May and I was told they would return the fee I paid . They did not. Now in August I get the late notice and check my emails to confirm I never received the original bill due notice, same as in May. They again said they would refund but the first person said it would take until October to refund and if I cancel my card within 3 months they would charge it back. The second person said that is not correct. This feels shady and awful convenient that the bill notices conveniently dont show up until they tack on a high late fee. My credit is extremely good and I havent had a late bill on my credit in decades so being charged and told I didnt pay my bill on time is very frustrating.

      This notice is in regards to a consumer credit card dba Michaels hobby store: signed up for a credit card and was never sent the actual card. I bought $75 dollars of product when I signed up for the account. I received a statement from this bank AFTER the payment was due and paid the amount in full via paper check/us mail. They charged me 30$ late fee plus interest. I called them and they refused to remove the late fees and interest and added another month late fee for a total of 67$ in late fees.

      Poor communication and prostitution better than what they do. Had to call 100 different agents to get clarity on my account.i have asked to schedule the payments of my outstanding balance to distribute into 4 and they deducted minimum payments end of the day slapped me with financial charges. When my order value is less than what they were mentioning, I called customer care before any promotional plans and they have f****** hidden charges came upto ******* when my order value in **** was less than 1970 a year back and have been paying after an year. If 1 month the deduction didnt happen it should carry over to next month and should produce the total amount owed but didnt happen. This is scamming bank agency never trust this ************* !!! Why **** like a reputable company sell this credit account to them I dont know. Look at the reviews

      Applied while checking out with Petco account. I was approved. I wasn't provided with any information other than the last 4 of the card. I have tried contacting them multiple multiple times and everyone you speak to gives you the run around. They state that the information is accessible by Petco. THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT THE ********* All you get is we can't help. It's the store's problem. How can it be the stores problem when neither the store or myself have the information??? WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

      This is a terribly run and incredibly unethical financial institution. I encountered them when I signed up for a credit card through Academy Sports. Comenity's terms, unbeknownst to me, upon sign up were entirely different than my signed agreement with Academy. For instance, Comenity charges monthly minimum without notice to customers. This is both fraud and extremely predatory. When attempting to dispute/resolve, you'll notice they don't even have customer service, leading the customer to a dead end. I hope they eventually get sued into oblivion and whoever is culpable thrown in prison.

      Ive had my card that I use at Gamestop for years. Ive spent plenty through them, but I cancelled my account today. I was highly disappointed that they charged me a late fee when I submitted my payment on my due date. I understand that there are timezone differences but I never have had to pay a $30 late fee for a $30 payment I made on the due date with any other lender. FYI, I made the payment before 5pm CST. Dont use Comenity, choose anyone else.

      Worst bank Ive ever worked with. Unwilling to help with a $32 fee for a balance for $9 balance. Now I owe over $41 dollers when I was supposed to owe $9. My online banking got shut down due to not logging in for 2.5 months and now Im being punished. Ive been a credit card holder for years and have never been late or missed a payment so I closed my account immediately.

      We used these clowns for our Helzberg Diamonds account. We were enrolled in paperless. When our NEW APR appeared from our promotion, they NEVER SENT A PHYSICAL LETTER. WHY WOULD YOU NOT?? SOMETHING SO IMPORTANT. WE ARE PAYING $2400 BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. WHAT A SICK BUSINESS PRACTICE. Life gets crazy and I want to depend on a great company to remind me of important things like this. No, you only care about money and it shows. Account has been closed and we will never be using you and we will never recommend. I hope everyone reading this knows how important this is. This company doesn't care about you. They want to stick it to you and take your money. I am so disappointed and hurt. These are hard times and we are trying to get by.

      customer service was very poor. first conversation with one of the service representatives did not go well. He was extremely sarcastic. I whole hardly agree with all the other reviews posted !!!!!!!!!! They are a DISCRASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

      I missed two payments because I had to bury a loved one. The harassing phone calls started from the first missed payment. I've been paying my dues on time for the last few years. First it's the Private calls, then the bank. I've never felt so defeated trying to play catch up. Don't do business with them, they are not humans.
