              I would like a copy of the easement for my property for AEP to have their equipment in my yard. If it is no longer in use, I would like this structure removed. I would like to know its purpose. What caution needs to be taken around it? Should I have a reduction in my rate because of this equipment in my yard? Should they be paying me rent for the equipment of theirs that resides on my property?

              I recently received a bill for $94 and some change. My ex boyfriend called them up and had them change the service over into his name and they did so without my knowledge or contacting me to inform me. They then sent me another bill, just days after I just paid the last bill, for $135. I contacted them and the gentleman in chat said because I was on the program that the $135 is my remaining balance I owed after my ex changed over the bill. I told the guy that they did it without my permission or knowledge and that the balance should transfer over to my ex in that case (it would actually save him money in the Long run). They said they can't do that and that it is a public service so anyone can open up an account. So you mean to tell me that ANYONE CAN CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION?!!!
