            I purchased tickets for an event. I asked for a refund 10 days before the event. The timeframe to request a refund is 7 days before the event. I have included a screenshot of my refund request and my email I sent. I also have attached a screenshot of a Google message i sent. I would like a full refund of both tickets as I did not attend.             Attended the mimosa event on Saturday, April 27. What a scam it was. We paid roughly $190 for 4 tickets. We waited in line over an hour and half to even get checked in. The souvenier cup was a plastic cup, nothing special. We never even got a drink. The map they had you scan at the check in was not the correct event. All the lines at the participating bars were so long they were out the door. We finally gave up after almost 3 hours wasted. Congratulations on getting free money from our group. This business should not be allowed to put on events. After reading the reviews on google, I am not sure how they are still in business. It was a shame as, we were looking forward to this. I will never ever attend an event from Celebrity Style events. It was so unorganized and unplanned. Bars ran out of champagne. Just really bad business.
