I can’t express enough how great it has been to work with this company. My adjuster* ***** ****on has been very helpful and professional, answers all of my questions accurately, makes sure I understand exactly how things are going and has done so with kindness and professionalism. I couldn’t have been more fortunate in terms of getting an adjuster. My house had a fire right before Christmas. It was a time of absolute chaos and stress, as anyone who has been through this can attest. ***** was so calm, so helpful, so understanding and patient. I had the pleasure of working with ******* ********** on a home claim and that I thought would be a long painful process. Was none of the above. He was very responsive. Recently had an accident where I was hit and needed repairs. Grange… and specifically *****, the claims adjuster, were fantastic. The process was easy, the use of the app was great in initially filing, the adjuster kept me informed during the process, and the repairs were made timely. It truly couldn’t have been easier. You never know how good your insurance is, until you actually need it. Highly recommend.
