      I had a great experience. ****** *. Hands down couldn't been any nicer. She is a great representative of Grange you couldn't have anyone nicer and caring. You should be very proud and lucky to have such an outstanding and very professional employee. I have been with Grange auto and home insurance for over 40 years and have been very happy with Grange but ****** makes me more happy I've stuck with Grange because she is totally awesome .

      Our experience was definitely a 10/10. They were quick to respond and come assess the storm damage within a couple days after the storm has passed. ***** answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful through the process.

      The Agent (******) assigned to our Case was amazing! She was very thorough and fair and explained her assessment in minute detail. Any time she asked me if I had any questions, I never really did as she answered all of my questions in her explanation of her assessment. She was also very personable. A definite credit to Grange Insurance.
