The cost of insuring one vehicle was ridiculous expensive; however the other insurance providers would not listen or take into consideration of my present situation. Seems if you have to file a claim to be compensated insurance carriers do not like this action. They report this to their other cronies and they turn their noses up. When is comes to paying the monthly insurance coverage they are more than eager to **** the money from you. Why have insurance if the provider refuses to re-imburse you resulting from an incident where I did NOT contribute to the crash? Have not experienced any issues with ROOT other than their outrageous premiums.

Worst insurance company should get sued they denied my claim from a accident and i am getting a lawyer and filing for bad faith. It messed up when you pay for full coverage and cant get your card covered or paid for in insane. I do not recommend this place EVER to ANYONE.Root

TERRIBLE GREEDY COMPANY. I CANCELED MY POLICY AFTER THE FIRST MONTH BUT THEY STILL TOOK OUT $169 OUT OF MY CHECKING AND ONLY RETURNED $68 . I do not recommend at all!Root

I cant download the app to take the driving test. I read that there was a device I could get to put in my car instead of downloading. After I paid, Now Im told the only way to take the test is through the app. I paid a lot of money for this insurance and I need the driver discount.Root
