    We purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz 250 GLA on 3/19/24 from Lindsay Acura. I was admitted into the hospital the next day. ***** the finance manager called me while I was in the hospital and wanted me to come in and sign new paperwork. He said the manager didn’t want to wait for me to sign the new paperwork. I got out of the hospital on the 22nd and had to go sign papers. In between that time the car sat in the garage. We drove it to the dealership and noticed the brake light, high beam light, parking light, and the engine light on the dashboard. Also, I was driving down the street in a 35mph zone and the car automatically went from drive to neutral. It’s happened several times, and once on the freeway with me driving 60mph. It is definitely not safe. It’s absolutely scary. If a vehicle is speeding and the car automatically stalls from automatically changing gears it could be a fatality. I called on Saturday the 23rd and told them I wanted to return the car. Jordan my salesman said that wasn't an option. I then spoke to Bill who said also that wasn’t an option, and he was very condescending. The car has been in the shop twice to have the car diagnosed. The first time they said that everything was okay. The second time they said that I could take it to a Mercedes Benz mechanic. I sent **** the General Manager a copy of the estimate via email. He said he needed to talk to his boss. He called my husband and said they would only cover half of the estimate which was 2892.72 for a transmission control unit. The estimate was also for an instrument cluster assembly for 3036.26. Total 5928.98. The issue regarding the car had to happen prior to us purchasing the car. Lindsay is definitely liable for selling a faulty vehicle. It’s hard to believe that they were clueless regarding the mechanical and electrical issues.

    They will not honor the Acura seven day exchange policy. Purchased a 2024 MDX after having it a couple days it Does not perform as I was told. Many features I was told it had it does not have. Being deceived and lied to in making a large purchase as I was between two different vehicles, they insisted the MDX would perform better than the Infiniti QX60 I was replacing due to a total Loss. Was back-and-forth between dealerships for over two weeks Before purchasing. Due to the lies I was told about the MDX, now knowing the truth, I would NOT have purchased the vehicle. This is simply shady and malicious!! I said I wanted to return it 3 days after it was in my possession, I did not want it. When I told the sales manger and sales person they said “sadly, one you drive off the lot it’s yours” and “come back in a year and maybe they could help out then”. The vehicle has 5000 miles on it. I brought my own financing and in check form. The check has not been presented to my bank. The vehicle is still in Lyndsey Acura‘s name. Was never informed of the seven day return policy and they deny the policy Exists! The policy is confirmed by Acura and supersedes, any Lyndsey Acura policies. I went directly to the dealership, spoke to the Sales manager and executive assistant to ***** ******* they both denied having any knowledge of this policy. Contacted customer relations and Placed a formal complaint. Why are they pushing back on such a wonderful car that they sold me? I’ve only driven 300 miles! They can list it for the same price they sold to me. They would not be losing anything. At this point after learning more about other deceptions and all the emotional distress, this has caused me over the past week of owning this vehicle I want to Return the vehicle, forget about an exchange at this point.They should rip up the check and agreement Especially since it’s still in their name and nothing has been processed on the vehicle. Awful experience! Management is rude and disrespectful
