      Terrible experience. They state on their website they spray for mosquitos every 30 or 45 days. They sprayed once and never came back to spray again after that. I called to have them come out. They scheduled an appointment and didnt show up. They sent a text confirming the appointment. When I called they said it didnt show in their system. They also said the ***** day spray is not in their contract. This company is ridiculous. They would not allow me to cancel without a $300 fee. Do not use this company!

      Greenix is the worst company, promised to get rid of spiders and pests, whatever they are using must be placebo! Worst company ever for pest control, DO NOT AGREE TO USE THEM!!! Their sales people lie and have no clue about pest control! Worst customer service, I have more spiders at both properties than we have ever had, bigger (like gigantic) and way more of them! Terrible terrible TERRIBLE!! Only gave a 1 star because I had to put something, I would say -30 stars is more like it!

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a troubling incident involving Greenix and the lack of accountability and customer care.Recently, my dog suffered a medical emergency after ingesting red rodent bait placed on my property. The aftermath was traumaticshe bled inside our white car, and the emotional and financial toll was significant. Despite the severity of this situation, no one from Greenix contacted me to hear my side. Instead, I was told this was my fault. That response is not only unacceptableits ************** are the facts:- One of your representatives added rodent bait to my traps during a recent visit, but is now denying itlikely to protect himself, as this was not part of my paid service and he was simply helping out.- On the day of my dogs emergency, my son saw her eating something red left behind from Greenix. This was documented in both a phone call and email to Greenix.- No one at Greenix would identify the substance my dog ingested, which could have helped the vet provide more effective treatment. Instead they said no red bait was used that day.- A week or so later, I purchased a key to inspect my bait stations and found red rodent bait inside.- Greenix denied using red bait, yet it was clearly present in my traps. I had never opened or tampered with those traps prior to this incident.This is not a matter of opinionits a matter of truth, safety, and responsibility. I am submitting this complaint so others are aware of how Greenix handles serious customer concerns. I expect this matter to be escalated and addressed with the seriousness it deservesbut based on my experience, I have little confidence that it will be.I understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot accept is Greenixs unwillingness to take responsibility or make any effort to make things right. That response speaks volumes about how little your company values its customers.

      This business does not provide the services once the contract is signed. They provided written documentation of visits then cancelled without notification. The pest issue still exists and they dont offer any remedy except to sign up for new service.

      Overall, Greenix was a horrible company to work with and we would never recommend them. We ended up having to pay to get out of our contract because it was that bad. They did not get rid of spiders at all and were horrible to contact and schedule. When we had issues, they said they would come out and give us a VIP treatment, but they came out when we told them were were going to be out of the country. When we went to schedule the VIP treatment, they had no record of that for us. They blamed us for canceling appointments, which we only rescheduled one. The rest was because they came during a time we said we would be out of town. I would not recommend this company. Stay far away from them.

      Solicitor kid on the hoverboard wouldnt leave my property after saying no multiple times. When I asked for a card or flyer or anything, he had none. Red flag #1. He also claimed my neighbor was getting the service down the street, thats not true. Red flag #2. And their payment plan is super convoluted and confusing. He was trying to pressure me into agreeing and to get a tech on their way to my house immediately. Red flag #3. It was a horrible experience. When I need pest control, I will contact a credible local business.

      Had a very fast talking and aggressive salesman knock on my door this morning to try to sign me up for their pest service. I smelled a rat when I asked for a business card and was told he did not have any. He would not take no for an answer. I finally had to close the door in his face and lock my door. The whole thing was rather upsetting to me, especially being a single woman.After reading these reviews, I feel fortunate to have dodged a bullet! As my mother used to say...When in doubt, don't. I am so glad I did not sign up!!!

      I signed up with them to request help with an issue at my home. I was given an appointment and waited for them to come. They came once it was nighttime, and ran around my house for 15 minutes. Then left. No knock or someone calling to let me know they arrived. Then they charged me for treatment that didn't even solve the problem. After talking to several operators and two account managers, the guy account manager told me that they would cancel my account and waive the treatment charge and service fees. After a couple days, I received a couple of text messages stating that I haven't paid them and they can help me with the payment. I picked them out of a couple of different places and just asked for something to be fixed and yet I've been dragged around and still am being dragged around. Wish I can choose zero stars.

      When I tried to cancel beacuse aanother pest control service provided about $25 per month less for smae service, they charged me $349 cancellation fee which I wasnt aware of and also didnt refund me the payment they had cahregd me after I had reached out to cancel the service. It was never mentione d in the email that I had to call to cancel the service. Overall pest control service wasnt different than any other company.
