Technician Jabraelyn ***** was very cheerful and competent. Service was completed quickly and instructions for post service were comprehensive. Flea-festation treatment showed almost immediate results.Review from Joseph G

Technician came out to solve a problem with ground bee nests. **** were back within 1 day. The company makes it almost impossible to contact them regarding if they are going to fix their mistake. And to think they try and push a subscription to their terrible serviceReview from Dorothy C

My technician ******* was very friendly and professional. I guess he was in town from ** helping out for the week during the transition to GREENIX from Insight Pest Control. Explained everything he did a great job. In fact, did more treatments than any INSIGHT Pest Control technician ever did.I hope my "new" technician does as good as job..we will see..Review from Amanda H

My technician was the best! He made sure I knew what he was doing and what each product did and he took time to explain everything to me from start to finish. He answered all of my questions too. Thank you so much ****! See you next month! Oh and if you're reading this and not sure definitely get the whole package. He did inside and outside even paid attention to the foundation so the bugs never get into the house. They even have this special pellet stuff they use on the grass even in the winter that stops the mosquito eggs from hatching!Review from Th M

Very poor service. I had an issue from day ***** a quote and asked if they could come the same day. I was told yes theres a tech in my area and if for some reason the manager does not approve I would receive a call back. No call back and sat around all day waiting for no one to show up.Called customer service that evening and was told they wont be coming, they offered me a credit, due to my personal schedule I couldnt schedule for a week out.I tried to cancel the subscription within the 3 business days and had an issue with that, you have to talk to a manager which they seem not available or busy and I was told by 2 customer service **** that I had time since the initial service was not done.Initial service- tech was great but nothing done because I was locked into the subscription. Then they agreed to just do the initial service and took away the discount I was provided during my first call.I do not recommend this company at all and very upset with their service.Review from Birgit M

SCAM!! WHEN I SIGNED UP I ASKED THE SALES PERSON OVER AND OVER ABOUT CANCELLING AND WAS ASSURED THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THEY INFORMED ME THERE WOULD BE A PENALTY FOR CANCELLING AND DID NOT CARE THEIR OWN SALES PERSON MISREPRENSENTED THEM. NOW THEY HARASS ME DAILY REFUSING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. THEY ARE SOME OF THE WORST OF HUMANITY. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS.
