      On 04/02/2025, I contact Leewood Place in *******, **. ****** showed there were three available units. When I spoke with the woman working there she told me that these units were for people who had more income, I have a section 8 housing voucher, and she told me I could pay the $35 application fee and get on the waiting list if I am approved but I was not eligible to move into one of those units since I am lower income. She then referred me to another Woda Cooper property in ******, ** because she said they would accept me there since I am lower income with a housing voucher. On their website, it says they accept housing vouchers and I was already approved at another one of their locations but declined the unit after seeing it. These properties are tax credit and they have to allow people with lower income to move in but obviously they can get more rent from people with higher income so I was told I could not have one of the three available units since I am lower income, even though she never asked me how much my income was. I am a great tenant, I have lived in the same townhome for 25 years but I am trying to move to **** and keep getting denied housing since I have a housing voucher and this is humiliating to say the least! I already spoke with two different regional managers from Woda Cooper on 04/07/2025, one in ******** and one from ****, and the one from **** told me the lady may need some coaching to learn how to speak to potential tenants about the units that are available but can't be given to a person with section 8 and also she referred me to another complex in a different city that I did not inquire about but because I have a housing voucher, basically because I am **********, and she said they will accept me there. I am waiting on a call from Fair Housing in **** as we speak because the housing authority already confirmed that this is income discrimination.

      Getting Ready to show some video to WSAZ Woda, you have had 6 of your employees to lie about fixing a ceiling leak. And repainting. Cant get into the building to pay my rent, can't receive mail here. Not able to use the community building or amenities. DISCRIMINATION!!!!!! It's terrible to retaliate against someone who has disabilities. GRAB A STRAW CAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE RUN COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!!

      My g/f has been at ************* almost 2 years and had no problems until they put a new property manager in place along with a new maintenance guy. It's pretty obvious what's going on between those ***** They don't hide it well. That's very un-proffessional. If it snows on a Saturday, you're waiting till Monday to get sidewalks and steps cleared and salted, but if they need something from you, it better be now. Manager is young and seems to be on a power trip. Everyone here sees it and is tired of it, not to mention the ridiculous rent rate. If you like being told how to live like you're in an HOA without the benefits of an HOA... this is your place.

      What I know is we can't get any repairs done if there are empty apartments to be flipped. we have to wait until they are ready to rent those apartments before the Maintenance can work on our problems that need fixed. Also he has to work here 2 or 3 days and has to go to Ardumen housing to work. they are splitting his days here to work. There is more then enough work here for him to keep busy for a week. They say we don't have enough of a big property for that. There is 48 apartments with 53 people. Also our manager is only here 18 hours a week. her hours are split with Ardumen also ****** other property here That is not enough time for everyone including our manager to get her work done. There are people that have waited weeks to get their hot water fixed. I waited 13 days 2 years ago for my furnace to be fixed and my hot water.I had to go to my sons to get showers and I pay rent here that is not taking care of your residents at all. Reasoning was we did have a maintenance man then he quit. our manager was not allow to call havoc because of the money. It is the same all the time ***** ****** and ***** ******** lie to us and will not do what needs to be done .They are above our manager and she isn't allow to to disturb *****. A couple of weeks ago our big elevator was stuck on the 4th floor. it was reported to Woda at 5pm that day. ******** called **** ******* and they were not going to fix it until the next day. their are people here that are in wheelchairs and walkers who can not use the stairs. We PS also had a lady **** stuck in the elevator for 2 hours. We have had the sewer back up at least 5 times since they opened their doors. they do not want to put any money in this building unless they are forced to. Then is like pulling teeth to get them to do what they have promised in our leases. I have 2 other residents that are with me and I expect this company to have a meeting with the Residents More to come!

      Sadly mismanaged and understaffed. What management they do have will gaslight you and make you feel like it is your fault for being injured do to their negligence. Remember...they are doing us a favor by allowing us to live in the community. We should be bowing down to them. I wouldn't mind that, if I had proper heat in my home..

      We sent an application to ******************** in May 2023.There was no available Apartments at the time so we signed a one year lease at our present resident.The rent in May 2023 for a 2 bedroom at ******************** was 697/***** May of 2024 we contacted them about availibity and there was no apartments available.Late in 2024 we got calls about rentals but we were locked in a ******** November 2024 we toured the apartments and were told to update our application.The rent was quoted as 815/mo.We mailed a new application in November 2024 but got no response from anyone if they even received it or did they answer the phone.On 12/27 they called and said they had a 2 bedroom for rent and i explained again that my present lease will not be over until 3/1/25.I asked what the current rent will be and they said 970/mo.I said "You Have Got To Be Kidding". 815/mo to 970/mo in a months time.I told them to take me off the list ...period. I just want everyone to know regardless of there rating.............BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

      ***, where do I start. Ive been planning to move in ******* Landing since April 2024. My move in date was scheduled for August 2024 , I had received a call stating my apartment unit wasnt going to be ready until September 2024. With the delay I had to move me and my 2 young children in with my mom and Im now paying an unwanted u-haul storage. Here we are in December 2024 scheduled to move this month but of course I wont be!!! So in-convent because I couldve stayed in my apartment until the where actually ready!!!!! Just a waist of time. They arent organized and hard to reach. ??

      I want to complain about the ridiculous monthly apt inspections. Every month our apts are inspected. I find this intrusive, an invasion of privacy, and unnecessary.The signed lease doesnt say anything about monthly inspections, it says periodically. Im asking that this be changed.I live in ****** Greene Apts, in *********** **
