1 starI subscribed to Highlights magazine for my Great-grandson, scheduled to begin May 2025. I called within the last 7 days and spoke to someone regarding the delivery of the magazine. I was told it was incorrectly addressed . . . using my grandsons name instead of his mother's, and RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE. After determining what the issue was, I was assured my subscription would be RESTARTED on August 2025-August 2026, RATHER than RESEND the May issue, as well as the June and July issues for 2025, when avaiable. Today I received a message from Highlights stating that my subscription will end MAY 2025 !!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE PROVIDEDReview fromJoy B

Highlights has the WORST customer service ever! I cancelled my ************ subscription on January 3rd and they continue to automatically charge me for the subsequent months! Ive contacted them multiple times to refund me for the extra charges and to STOP charging me, but it hasnt worked yet. It has been a nightmare trying to cancel a subscription and to stop the charges! I wished I had NEVER subscribed in the first place!Highlights for Children, Inc.

According to the club offer details, new shipments are processed and mailed approximately every three weeks until all available clubs shipments are sent, or the membership is canceled. Your account was successfully cancelled on March 3, 2025 and the final shipment has been refunded. Please keep the final shipment with our compliments. Sad. I always enjoyed highlights as a kid and wanted my daughter to enjoy it. Paid multiple times and never received one magazine. Quick to charge your card and take your money without sending you anything. My daughter waited 2 months and never got 1 item. Disappointed every time going to the the mailbox. Sad to see a classic fail.Highlights for Children, Inc.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a childrens puzzle book subscription (2 puzzle books per month). I placed the order 11-20-2024 with guarantee it would activate by Christmas as a gift for for mentally disabled adult child for christmas. ** did not arrive. I reached out to the ******* and they said it will arrive early Jan. ** I thought I will give it to her on her Birthday which was the end of Jan. ** did not arrive. I contacted them two more times. Each time I verified the address, they said no problem noted should get it in 2-3 weeks. Feb 3, still nothing. Contacted them for the fith time, still after verifying my address for the fifth time, they say no problems noted, we added extra months and you should get in 2-3 weeks. Exact same verbiage each time, no results, no apologies, no reason provided, and they are very hard to communicate with (only by e-mail)! Very unhappy and wondering if they are fraudulant.Highlights for Children, Inc.

During this period the response times are longer than usual, but we work our way through each and every contact as soon as we can. After reviewing our records, it shows the first issue of Puzzlemania should have arrived within 4-6 weeks from order date and nothing has been returned as undeliverable. I am still trying to have a years subscription that I paid for in November 2024 mailed to the correct address. I'd like to note that my card was charged quickly. Every time I have called, or now have been emailing, I am invited to purchase more items! I am still trying to receive my original purchase. This was intended to be a gift for a December birthday, so Highlights has failed miserably to date.Highlights for Children, Inc.

We love Highlights for Children. It was purchased for us by a family member and my son so looks forward to each new issue he gets in the mail. Highlights customer service even goes above and beyond; When we had a problem with this family member and didnt want them knowing our new address, which was updated by ****, the customer service representative helped me come to a helpful solution! Your website for ordering a magazine could use a tune up.Namely, I was unable to smoothly order a gift subscription, apply the promised "JOY" discount, input the address of the gift recipient, nor write the promised gift subscription note without having blind faith that all of these things would work out sometime AFTER I hit the "Checkout" button.I did not want to proceed with this blind faith approach because I've been "burned" in the past on other websites whereby the promised good were not available at the ************ could very easily fix this situation by adding some words to the website that explained the approach you are using, which seems to be "Check out first and then we'll handle the details."Thanks for listening: I got Highlights as a kid in 1950, and otherwise would have given up!All the best,***** *.Highlights for Children, Inc.
