      Seamless has predatory pricing terms. The software has a lot of dynamic and useful features and I wish I could offer a better review. Unfortunately, I do agree with the other 1-star reviews here. Be careful before you start an engagement with Seamless.ai

      ************ that sits behind a contract after a "loaded" demo and then fights you to cancel the contract after not being able to deliver the services that were demoed. Save yourself the money and headache and use a different services.

      We signed a contract with Seamless to help our company grow in December of 2023. We got the free trial and SDR with all the shiny features, showing how easy it is to find people, etc. They advertised every feature they offered without having different levels to show what you actually get delivered. Once the contract is signed, the data is essentially unusable and the final product is hindered as well as you only get whatever amount of credit level of access per day. Some of this was explained, but the final product was not useful for our business. We should have reached out and cancelled then, but didn't as we thought maybe it was user error.We hadn't found any additional success using the tool so we reached out to cancel in December. They said they are unable to process any cancellation due to a 60 day clause in their contract where they need 60 days and want to charge us for another year. This falls DIRECTLY under the *** Click to Cancel rule in October 2024, specifically the negative option rule and I'd highly recommend the *** looks at the contract as there are other issues with it.

      First of all - guarantee all their positive reviews are fake. This company's data is terrible. **************** is non existent everyone at the company knows their data is s*** would highly recommend staying far away from this company

      BEWARE OF ANNUAL CONTRACT!!!Seamless is so frustrating and shady. During the initial sales call, a very convincing pitch was made in which it was not clear that I was being locked into an annual contract vs a subscription that can be cancelled (like every other B2B software Ive purchased). When I tried to cancel, I was denied and then informed about the annual contract. Luckily I realized this contract would automatically renew so I was able to cancel it and thus only waste money for one year and not multiple.This contract will end up costing me nearly $1,200 that could have been really useful to my family this year. And I have not gotten any ROI at all from that $1,200.

      They are truly a scam! I did not even use it for 30 days because I realized that the information/leads provided were not accurate and useless information. I have requested to cancel my subscription; received a cancelled contract email - yet, they continue to try to get my money and have threatened to take legal action if left unpaid. Don't know where else to turn.

      This company is a total scam, take your money and the too is worthless. Asked for a refund after our "training session" yielded terrible results. Got the run around and then a denial. Absolutely the worst, don't buy from this company!!!!

      The service was good, but they won't let us cancel. We haven't used it in months and we told them we aren't renewing. Yet they continue to hound us and threaten. Would've gone back when the occasion presented but these tactics are draconian.

      These high pressure people will try to get you to sign without telling you there's a free trial period. Can you believe they actually offered to cancel my service but continue to bill me??? These people are too much! There are other, more reputable services out there.
