      In March 2024 we signed up with Seamless AI to see if it was a good fit for us. We paid for a whole year up front and I told ***** ****** on the phone I only wanted it for a year. With that understanding he then had us sign a contract saying cancellation had to be provided in writing AND it was an auto renewing plan.

      Fast forward to March 2025 and we get charged again. We had no plans on continuing to use this software as it didn't give us a single lead nor did we know it would auto renew. I was upfront with my intentions that I only wanted a year yet they set us up on an auto renewal and since cancellation had to be in writing the verbal conversation I had with ***** meant nothing apparently.

      I talked with ****** ***** to discuss a refund and cancellation. When we got on the phone she talked over me then hung up on me reciting the provision you need to submit a cancellation in writing in order for it to be taken. She agreed with me that we had been misled (see emails attached) yet won't give us a refund.

      After seeing other BBB complaints on here from other companies it is clear this is a common practice for Seamless AI to engage in. I have asked numerous times to talk with a supervisor and still to this day I haven't talk with a single supervisor. Upon further review of BBB complaints other companies were offered early termination offers (see the attached) yet when I brought this up to Autumn and ***** they completely ignored it. As of now we are being forced to pay $1,940.00 for another year of this software that doesn't help us and that I specifically told ***** we didn't want past the first year. Seamless AI won't offer us a refund nor a partial refund.

      Disappointed with my experience using Seamless.ai. ******* ***** threatened collections when I advised I no longer wanted the services and that I could no longer pay for the services because they were overcharging what my contract stated. He told me I was in breach of contract and when I asked why seamless.ai breached their contract, he told me I could talk with collections and stopped responding. **** ***** insisted I send 200 emails daily to prove their own system doesnt work, despite proof of undeliverable messages/contacts, and if I did not comply to submit the data in his requested format, he would block my emails. When I questioned ***** about notification when renewals were coming (since you're locked in for 12 months with no ability to EVER cancel), he told me they do not send anything and it was merely a courtesy that companies do and that seamless.ai did not do that and had no plans to do so in the future (SCAM). Seamless.ai increases prices without notifying customers, which legally voids the contract. Their training does not helped, as I dont need guidance on inaccurate leads or wrong phone numbers. After 15 months, not one lead generated revenue due to the inaccuracy of 80% of the contacts, despite claims of 98% accuracy. I did the training, I did the zoom call and phone calls, the product did not work for me. They continued to push additional training, more calls, insisting I submit 200 emails per day for 8 days, continued to tell me how I had the best rate, and I didnt want to cancel. I told them I could no longer pay for the service, and pointed out what the contract rate is and what they were charging my CC, and they threatened collections. That is fraud. They charged multiple times per day post ********* Seamless.ai: when you respond to this review, consider the many complaints about your unethical practices from many online platforms. An F rating from the Better Business Bureau speaks volumes. Everyone else cannot be the problem!

      I am filing a complaint against Seamless.AI for repeatedly reselling a disputed debt to collection agencies despite my previous Cease and Desist Letter in October 2024. I never used their services, yet they continue to transfer the alleged debt, now to ***************************** This practice is unethical and may violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Enclosed is my formal Cease and Desist Letter sent to the current collection agency. I request that Seamless.AI immediately stop reselling this disputed debt and confirm that no further collection attempts will be made.

      Complaint Against Seamless.AI Unlawful Auto-Renewal Enforcement Date of Transaction:Initial contract signed on March 26, 2024.Renewal scheduled for March 26, 2025.Amount Paid to the Business:$125 per month, totaling $1,500 per year.What the Business Committed to Provide:A 12-month subscription to Seamless.AIs lead generation services.Terms of agreement stated that the contract auto-renews annually unless canceled at least 60 days before renewal in writing.Nature of the Dispute:On July 5, 2024, I notified Seamless.AI in writing via email that I would not be renewing my contract.The company is now claiming that I did not cancel within the required 60-day notice period, which is incorrect.The renewal date is March 26, 2025, and my July 5, 2024, notice is well before the required deadline (January 25, 2025).They are attempting to enforce another renewal despite my clear cancellation request.Businesss ********************* Attempts:Despite providing my written notice, Seamless.AI refuses to acknowledge my cancellation.They continue to claim that my notice was "too late," which is false based on the contracts renewal terms.I have requested written confirmation that my contract will not renew, but they have not provided a resolution.Desired Resolution:Immediate confirmation that my subscription will not renew on March 26, 2025.Assurance that no further charges will be made to my account.A review of ********************* potential unfair business practices regarding auto-renewals.Supporting Evidence:Copy of my July 5, 2024 email requesting cancellation.Signed contract showing the renewal terms.Companys response refusing to honor the cancellation.

      Complaint Details:I am filing this complaint against Seamless.ai due to unauthorized charges and deceptive business practices.On [Insert Date], I subscribed to Seamless.ai under the impression that their service would provide accurate and valuable business data, as advertised. However, I quickly discovered that the product did not meet expectations due to [state specific reasons: inaccurate data, misleading sales tactics, failure to provide the promised service, etc.].Despite multiple attempts to cancel the service and request a refund, Seamless.ai has been unresponsive and continues to ignore/refuse my refund request. I have contacted their support team multiple times but have received delay tactics, where they reply once and then never again. Resolution Sought:I am requesting a full refund of due to unauthorized charges and failure to provide the advertised service, as well as misleading sales tactics.       Dear *********** am writing to file a formal complaint against Seamless AI for unauthorized charges to my account, improper business practices, and refusal to issue a refund.I was a customer of ********************** in 2024 but ceased using their services last year. Despite this, they charged my account on Jan *********, renewing my subscription without providing prior notification or consent. The charged amount was also $2,600, which exceeds my previous contract value by several hundred ************ is a summary of the issue:1.Lack of Notification and Consent:Seamless AI did not notify me about the impending renewal or the new subscription cost.I did not agree to any renewal or increase in the contract value.2.Repeated Unauthorized Payment Attempts:On December 28th 2024, Seamless AI attempted to charge my account, but the payment was declined by my bank.After noticing the declined payment, I contacted Seamless AI and explicitly stated that I no longer wanted to use their service and requested to unsubscribe.Despite my request, Seamless AI continued to attempt charging my account multiple times daily over a 17-day period, without my consent.3.Unauthorized Charge and Refusal to Refund:On jan 16th 2025, Seamless AI successfully charged my account ******** immediately contacted the company to request a refund, but they refused to issue one.This situation has caused me significant financial and emotional distress, especially as I was on paternity leave during this time and was focused on supporting my family.I believe Seamless AIs actions constitute unfair business practices and a breach of trust. I respectfully request the following resolutions:1.A full refund of $2,600.2.Confirmation that my subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be made to my account.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       I am filing this complaint against Seamless.AI due to unauthorized charges, lack of transparent communication, Unauthorized Billing and Lack of Clear Auto-Renewal Disclosure, After not using their service for several months, Seamless.AI charged our company account USD $1,940.00 without prior notice, clear consent, or opportunity to confirm the renewal. This auto-renewal was not communicated to us at any point, and Seamless.AI failed to provide accessible cancellation options, as required by consumer protection standards.We have made numerous attempts to contact the account manager and also customer support via email and phone to resolve this issue by cancelling and refunding the unauthorized charge from Dec 2024, but have received no response about it.

      This company has sold my information to a company called NowConquestDynamics. NowConquestDynamics has been contacting me so I called this company back to see who they aren as I have no business dealings with them. they were "provided" my information from Seamless.Ai. I have made several attempts to contact this company, but they hide behind an automated phone sysytem, and refuse to return my call. I am on the national Do Not Call List. I also have all reporting agencies restricted from any kind of lead generation. I am attempting to find out why this company has me associated with yet ANOTHER (THIRD) company that I have never had dealings with. They have stolen my information from somewhere, (and part of the information has me associated with a company I have never worked with or for.) They seem to think they have the right to sell my information to whomever they wish, I guess it's cool someone is getting paid for harrassing me.

      We are a small family business that signed up and paid in full for an annual subscription for Seamless.ai software to obtain contact info for prospective leads. The software didn't work as advertised and we had a significantly high bounce back rate for biz dev emails. We notified the company about this several times and intent NOT to renew our annual subscription. Not sure why, but the company didn't cancel our subscription and instead auto-renewed and sent us a collection notice; we haven't used the software for a long time because it was insufficient. Now we have a collection agency, The Leviton Law Firm in ******, ** and ***************************** harassing us for collections of $3,300.00. Again, we haven't used the software in a long time as it didn't work as advertised and led to high failure rates of emails and we notified the company of intent NOT to renew the subscription and they went ahead and automatically did this anyways without our permission.

No written notice was provided by the customer 60 days prior to the contract renewal as agreed upon via the auto-renewal clause via the customer's contract. Also included is the full history of escalation for review. 

      This customer is delinquent and collections/legal action will be taken away once the past due amount is paid in full.
