Customer has previously drilled a hole through the carpet, soundproofed material and steel floor. Customer has been shown the multiple water leaks in person at our location. Customer has seen the water leaking in different areas as the car was apart and aware of the issues. Customer confirmed in person viewing the multiple leaks and declined any further action. Dealer made good faith repairs and customer visited the shop during the process on regular occasions.Customer response

They not doing me right.
My complaint. Why charge me second time when did not fix the problem. You repaired sun roof 2nd time. Cost $651.00, 1100.00, $1761.00. 1st time car in shop invoice $1345.25 reduce this wrong.

On 2/16/24 invoice #****** $651.45 charge to remove full interior and all carpet. *** ****** was then brought to the shop and shown the saturated material and shown the water leak. He declined further repairs and the now dried interior was re installed and customer was aware (visually shown the leaks). *** ****** declined further repairs.
On 11/14/23 invoice #****** $1100.00 was charged for sunroof leaking. Water doctors found sunroof inner and outer seals leaking and those were replaced on this repair.
No double charge and separate repairs and multi leaks found over the time. Not to mention that the customer had drilled a hole into the floor/body of the vehicle to drain water that was in the carpet at some point.
*** ****** was brought into the shop and shown these leaks and declined further repairs.
No refund offered or available, additional repairs declined

Pictures are showing leak on drivers side. NOT FIXED.
