I initially called Hyundai Customer Service on or around 12-4-22 to see if there was any way to get the chipping paint fixed on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I was given a claim # and sent to Voss Hyundai to have pictures taken and submitted to see if the claim would be covered, which it was. I dealt with Justin who told me it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to it. I told him that was fine. Now here we are, 3 MONTHS later and my vehicle still has not been taken care of. I have reached out to Justin multiple times and left voice mails that either are not answered in a timely manner or not even answered at all. I feel as if I have been extremely patient with him but all Im getting is the run around. Hyundai has since sent out warranty notices to all owners who have had paint issues. I have never had such poor customer service provided to me in my entire life. All I would like is, at the very least, a call back to let me know whats going on. I assume since Im not a “paying” customer, my issue is not priority. I have contacted another Hyundai dealership who has been very gracious and will be assisting me with my issue. EXTREMELY poor customer service in my opinion.
