I ordered coil care product IE the unthroned edges edge control product. I never received my product nor refund despite numerous efforts to contact the company. No one ever responded and now I'm out of my money and my product. I went to go look at the website today desperate to purchase and found out that they had been shut down and there was a lawsuit. If there has been an order to pay restitution by the company I feel that I should be recipient of said court order.Initial Complaint

I placed 3 separate orders from this business. I was refunded for one of those purchases. The product itself it great. I have not been able to find one like it or comparable. I continued to order because I valued the product so much. The first time I took the blame thinking perhaps someone stole the package from my porch since the tracking stated the product had been sent. Order #481376 I placed an order online for 3 Enthroned Edges with Resilient Beauty, formerly Arcani Coil Care on March 30, 2024. I have been patiently waiting for my order to arrive. I reached out via email to inquire about my order twice in April 2024, requesting to have what I paid for or a full refund. I have not received any response back from this company. 5/1/2023 I placed my first order with Arcani Coil Care and never received my products. I saw on the owner’s instagram page that she was asking for customers’ patience because she stated that she was having to hand make each product due to having an issue with her distributor. I was being extremely patient and I finally contacted my credit card company to get information about the merchant because she had not been responsive to my emails and direct messages on instagram. My bank provided her phone number which I called and text several times before I was blocked after telling her who I was. I am very upset about this poor service because I was really looking forward to trying out this product since I saw really good feedback and results from a friend. I hate that the owner has not taken responsibility for her actions and continues to offer these products online and has clearly no intention to fulfill the orders.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 of the same products called Enthroned Edges for $38 on Semptember 19, 2023. I have never received the product nor a refund. I have contacted them through email 3 times and have gotten no response. I would like my money back, I am no longer interested in the product, just my money. It also seems they have changed their name multiple times. I previously ordered from them about 3 years (2021) ago they were called Arcani Coil, I actually received my product (Enthroned Edges) when I tried to order again (2023), the name was Arcani Beauty. After going back to check the status of my product and complain the name was changed to, just Arcani, now I hear it's called Resilient Beauty Co. I don't care what they change their name to or what their called, I WANT MY MONEY BACK and they should be put out of business.
