    I made an order on July 15, 2023 and have not received an order or a refund. I reached out on all social media and email. The emails came back undeliverable. On Twitter you had to have a paid account to message them. They never responded via IG or Facebook. They still had the nerve to send texts out for discounts AND rebrand from Arcani Coil Care to Resiliant Beauty Co and market to people like me who have received NOTHING. Not a product or a refund. My bank was unable to contact them therefore the charges remained…

    I placed my order over 9 months ago and have never received my order. Definitely will not order ever again. I purchased several times before and the order begin to take longer and longer. Until now not received at all.

    I placed an order in November 2023 & honestly thought it was the slow mail system as to why I had not received my order. I reached out via Facebook and sent a message requesting an update about my order. The assistant seemed helpful until I typed in my order number. There was no response. Thus was submitted on March 14,2024.

    If i could give this company 0 stars i would. I ordered from this woman August 18th, 2023. This is five month shy of a year later and i still have not gotten my products. I attempted to reach out to these people on Instagram without response, email without response, and on the business facebook page that has an automated message set up which states: "Thanks for messaging us Nataki ! We are having some technical issues with our shipping software which has caused duplicate tracking numbers. We are sorting through this and working to get every order to you. To fix this error but not get too behind we are shipping new orders alongside reships. For updates, FAQs, and to purchase products please visit , http://Www.arcanicoilcare.com/" Each time i message the fb page i receive this same message, so clearly no one is actually monitoring the correspondence. Disappointing. I suggest not ordering from these people unless you want to throw your money down the drain.

    I have t recieved my order either from 11/2022. Recieved shipping info in all 2023 but no update from that. Other than that a label had been created. I’ve reached out several times via email and on site no response but yet email trying to sale product were still being sent. Now I see they have rebranded under a different name but still no response when asked for a refund or the actual product. Just sad. You try to support and this is the repayment you get.

    I placed an order for 4 items and never received them. I am not the only one this has happened to in the last year looking at the complaints. I ordered in Oct 22, 2023 and as of today February 16, 2024. I have not received a response to my emails I sent, the products or a refund. I have orders before in the past but I always received my order with some delay of course but the order I haven’t received or heard anything about the order. This is very unprofessional.

    I ordered a product January 2023 and have yet to receive it or be refunded. It’s impossible to reach someone through all outlets. It’s sad because the products are really good.

    I placed an order September 2023. I called, left numerous emails and have not received a response. I never had any problems in the past when receiving order but since September of last year I never received my gel! This is not good for business ??

    I ordered 6 months ago and still no response,product, or refund! I have emailed tried calling then was blocked from emailing! They need to be shut down because I am still getting text alerts about sales that they are having! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
