            I finished my lease through(gem City, property management), I left because I was injured (head concussion) and my neighbors had excess people then that are allowed in the residence I informed my land lord of the situation through email and I called the police multiple times due to the noise….. I am also a disabled veteran….. the issue that occurred when I moved out I cleaned up like swept emptied out my belongings and I left one refrigerator and a dresser I couldn’t move it out I never was late and a lady checks my apartment every month at least once to check the water. issues with the apartment was never brought till I moved out and they had all these charges basically saying I messed up so much stuff they took my deposit and I still owe them $265.00 i did some research and they have done this multiple tenants before then say they have nothing to do with it it’s the actual owner of the property honestly this is very strange and very condescending because the receipt say I owe them

            Thank you for the letter concerning ID ********.  This matter relates to how the tenant left the property and has a disagreement about the findings.  It is normal for the management company to send out a tenant accounting, itemizing each item that is being deducted from the deposit, resulting from damage, materials left, lack of cleaning etc.  The tenant is in disagreement with the itemization, but would not point out the items he disagrees with, after asking him multiple times.  We have always had a good working relationship with this tenant.  We would look forward to discussing this with the tenant further, item by item, to give reasons for each deduction.
