      I initiated services with this company late 2023. The claim was approved by insurance and monies have been provided to start the work. Owner Doug Faye has neglected to do the work timely and has had minimal communication me (homeowner). I have sent numerous emails and have not received a valid update as to why the work has not been started. Commitment to Quality: NOT DEMONSTRATED Timely and Reliable Service: NOT DEMONSTRATED Open Communication: NOT DEMONSTRATED Customer-Centric Focus: FALSE

      $10K deposit was given on 1/25/23 for repair to garage roof; house roof and re-siding of house. Beginning of Feb, a temp repair was made to garage roof and that was the ONLY work that was performed. Was given nothing but LIE after LIE and EXCUSE after EXCUSE. Was told many times "I have all your materials ready to go" which was a LIE because he didn't even order the materials until MAY 1st. Was told numerous times guys would be showing up to start work and that never happened. He DOES NOT have workers and puts ads on Facebook looking for workers to sub-contract. Asked him numerous times as to the status of the permits and was either given a LIE or he was "going to follow-up". FACT - he only applied for a roof permit on May 3rd, which was rejected for INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION. He FALSELY advertises on his Facebook page and brochures that he is licensed to do siding when the FACT is he is ONLY licensed in Florida for roofing. This is FALSE and MISLEADING advertising that is strictly forbidden in Florida. NUMEROUS REQUEST HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE RETURN OF THE BALANCE OF THE DEPOSIT, which have gone ignored. According to the Div of Corporations, his Florida license has been REVOKED and is INACTIVE. The ONLY license he holds is a roofing contractor license. He has 5 Florida addresses listed and one of them actually belongs to ANOTHER roofing company that has NO AFFILIATION WITH HIM.. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
