We recently contacted MVP and were promptly scheduled by Matt Grushon, one of the co-owners, who met with us in our home to get a quote for a bath/shower conversion to a safety walk-in shower. Matt gave us a thorough presentation of their company, the installation process, and material options with samples. We were very pleased to find out that the existing shower/bath walls would be removed down to the studs, not just covered up, and replaced with all new materials, including new plumbing for the shower. We felt his quote was fair considering the price also included a new toilet and pickup and installation of new flooring that we selected and purchased.The whole process from start to finish met or exceeded our expectations and the installation took less than two days. The installer and his assistant were pleasant and efficient and their thorough cleanup during and after the install was very much appreciated. Matt came back to inspect the results soon after the install was completed and was receptive to our request for a couple of changes, which were not due to any error on their part, and these were completed the same day. Thanks to MVP, we now have an updated bathroom with a beautiful and safer shower!
