      Two Stop Watts purchased on 10/9/23 for $112.86. Item was supposed to save on electricity. I tracked usage for two complete cycles and electricity cost and usage went up compared to last year at this time. There was an extended warranty included in the purchase. I emailed the [email protected] email address provided. I received no reply. I sent three subsequent emails, also with no reply. I would like to be refunded the amount I paid and also make note that their product does not work and their customer service is non-existent. No transaction number.

      Ms. ******** contacted our office regarding her concerns. We regret any confusion that may have taken place. Ms. ********** account has been refunded in full $112.86. The account has been closed and no additional activity will take place.

         Before receiving the complaint from your office, we were unaware Ms. ******** was unsatisfied with the resolution she received from customer service on 02/22/2024. At that time, customer service processed a full refund of $112.86 at Ms. ********** request. We notified Ms. ******** by email and she did not indicate any further concerns. If Ms. ******** needed further assistance, we regret that she did not feel comfortable contacting us again.

      I purchased the product about 4 months ago. I have not saved any money on my power bills I cant believe Elon would put his name on junk. Im not asking for a dime. if I had remembered I would have set it back. I feel I was mislead and that the product is a scam.

      Purchased the items but never product, and I never received an email or a confirmation but it was clearly deducted from my account

      Ms **** contacted our office by email stating she had not received the product. Our agent did not follow up correctly with Ms. **** and we did not receive another email from her.  

          We regret any confusion that may have taken place and, in the interest of 100% customer satisfaction, we have processed a full refund of $109.92. Ms. Diaz’s account has been closed, and no additional activity will take place, and Ms. **** may keep any product he has.

      The two heaters I bought do not work. I want my money back and cannot reach the company.

      In researching the account we see the customer contacted us via email. The agent did not respond properly to the customer when asking for the refund and how to return the product. We are re-training the agent as it was an honest mistake.

      We have refunded Ms. Cranson $122.94 and she may keep the product she has.

      The product did not save me any months after 2 months, but my electric has tripled. I paid $62, and they refunded me. It went form $117 to $321. I live by myself, and am not home half the time. I did exactly what they stated to do, and the bill was made worse.

      Last year I saw an online ad featuring Elon Musk. The ad claimed that Musk had invented or funded development of a device to save on electricity bills. Based on this information and admiring Musk's technical capability, I purchased two of the devices. Now I see that the device has nothing to do with Elon Musk. The ad was false. The devices also has had no effect on my electricity bill. IThe advertising is not true and the product does not work as claimed.

      After seeing an advertisement associating the company with Elon Musk, I decided to buy 4 units. Two for my home and two for my mother’s home. Upon tracking the performance for the required 60 days before deciding to return, we did not see any noticeable or effective change to our bill. The guidelines for usage were followed exactly and we have determined these items are ineffective and would like to return them and be reimbursed.

      I am another of the fools that purchased this item because of Elon Musk being a part of the advertisement. Trusted that a millionaire would not need the money for fraud.
