    Response to ID ********
              To whom is may concern
I got contacted on Feb 11th regarding the issues with the trailblazer. As I stated to *** all cars are as is but I have everything looked over.
After reviewing pictures I received from him on Feb 12th I did agree the shop should have performed those repairs if it was like that when purchased. So out of good faith I agreed to refund $300 to him which he was satisfied with. The check was sent out on Feb 12th  immediately after our conversation and cleared my account on Feb 20th 2024.
The complaint states the fronts were checked but not the rear, all 4 primary brakes where checked and were all over 50% but the rear e-brake assembly which is hidden by the disc/drum assembly was not pulled apart to inspect but did function as is should.
Also in the complaint is states he replaced all the brakes on the 14th of January. It was purchased on  January 14th and you can see on the receipt submitted by him he did not purchase parts until Feb 11th which is three weeks after purchasing.
I’m not sure how I could do anymore than I did any faster than I did. He called I agreed and sent him a check. It cleared my account on the 20th and on the 28th you got a complaint?  How is this possible. I have a lot of integrity in my business and I find this inappropriate and just wrong. See sttached picture for evidence of check written and cleared.
