            Contracted Dustin R****** to concrete my 200 ft driveway and a patio. It was supposed to be done Sep 26th. He continously delayed and wouldn't respond to texts. 6 weeks after it was supposed to be done he showed up and removed the gravel off my driveway leaving mud behind. It was supposed to be an at least 4 in rock base but he added no rock just removed gravel that was there then dumped some of it on the patio area he was supposed to do. I texted him with concerns but there was no response. After 2 more days I asked him when the pour was going to happen and he finally responded and said next Friday also known as 10 days after he destroyed my driveway. It had been perfect weather for weeks but that Friday it was calling for rain then the 10 day forecast had freezing temperatures every night too cold for concrete that size. I texted the day before and day of that he was supposed to be at my house. No response. The day after I said again we missed our window and it's too cold. I would like my deposit back. This he finally responded to hours later refusing to give my money back saying he would pour in the freezing temperatures. You can't do that without blankets and it was too large to blanket. It causes microcracks through the surface weakening it severely. He has $8850 of mine right now and won't refund any of it. I even tried to let him keep some of it and refund the rest. Nothing. He hasn't done the job at all hasn't added any materials to my property and won't refund me anything.
