      Horrible customer service. I was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes before a real person answered the phone. After explaining the situation, I was told (very rudely), that it was another entities problem and that I would need to contact them. I explained I had talked to them and was told to contact the DDC. She said we can't help you and she hung up. It's obvious they could care less about the person they are speaking to, but it's people's lives that they are dealing with. Perhaps, the people who work there should be replaced!! I would never, ever recommend using this company!!! I would recommend searching for another service to use besides this one. It's crazy that they make you select a star rating before you can submit your review. They don't deserve the 1 star I had to click!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Very poor service, phone service does not work. Went in office to make payment. Assisted after waiting 2 weeks to make payment. Once payment was made still unable to get results

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.This entire experience is turning into a living nightmare. The sales rep insisted I pay in full for the best price, so I did, to the tune of $1550, and that included expedited results. I was told to give a mouth swab, ear swab, or other methods of samples. No one indicated one was better than the other. So, I got the father to do both a mouth swab and ear swab. I was to go into the center and they take my blood. I get to the center for my 11:30 appointment, and theres a sign on the door saying Be back at 11:30. No one came back at 11:30, so I tried to call. No one answered the phone except for the sales rep, who says he knows nothing about anything. I wait in my car until 12:00 when someone finally pulls up into the parking lot. It was clear she was doing personal errands and didnt even apologize for being a half hour late. The place was sketchy as **** with junk everywhere. I sat there and waited some more while she is on hold for twenty more minutes with the company, because she needed questions answered. Finally, I give her the blood samples and she tells me the results will be ready 3 days from then. She gives me a tracking number for the shipment of blood which has not worked. Now they are telling me its going to take 9 more days to get the results since I sent in both mouth swabs and ear swabs, and the ear swabs take longer for the lab. I said no one told me that, and why cant they just give me the results for the mouth swabs at the time I was told. They said thats not possible and then conveniently the phone got disconnected. I tried calling back several times after CRAZY LONG HOLD TIMES, and they just keep giving me the run around and are now saying it will take 9 MORE BUSINESS DAYS after already waiting OVER A WEEK. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I DEMAND my money back or the results sooner, as I was promised.

      Got a DNA test done I tried to ask questions every time I asked why my test was done in California at ****** and not somewhere close to me on the East Coast they hang up on me. I don’t understand why you can’t explain that to me but it’s really odd. These are peoples lives they are playing with.

      I was requested an *** by ***** for my children, with the option of a DNA test to prove my paternity with them. so I contacted DNA Diagnostics Center by the customer number I found on ******. Then I reached a sales Associate named Mary H***, who sent me a quote. she told me that after I have made a payment, I will be scheduled to be tested the next day, and they will send the DNA testing Kits for my children the next day to the US embassy of *******n. Effectively, my DNA sample has been done the next day by a small and dirty center, with no lab around DC. So I contacted back Mary H*** a few days later to know if the DNA kits for my children has been received by the US embassy of C*******, and her response was somewhat evasive. she answered that she doesn't have a feel back from the Us embassy when they send kits, inappropriate response because when you shipped an important thing like this you got the tracking number, and shipping companies always let you know if your package has been delivered. So, after two weeks, I contacted the US embassy to known if they have received the DNA testing KITs for my children and their response was negative. Their record showed that no DNA testing Kits were received from DNA Diagnostics Center. So I did not recommend them, they are just a scam. please save your money and time.

International kit shipments can sometimes be delayed, which is outside of the control of DDC. DDC has confirmed that the kit did arrive late last week. Since they have the kit, the embassy will reach out directly to the requested parties to schedule. The embassy will use the provided return airbill and packaging to ship the kit directly back to DDC once samples are collected. Please contact us by phone if there are any additional questions.       I satisfied by their service, the delayed delivery timeout wasn't coming from DNA Center but from ***** shipping. And DNA responded promptly to my concerns by shipping a new kit to the ambassy. Thank u DNA for your understanding and support. I really appreciate your service

      NONINVASIVE PRENATAL PATERNITY TESTING IS NOT REAL. I spoke extensively about my situation multiple times with the same representative at DDC. He asked me what was going on and seemed extremely empathetic and polite. He told me about my options, the process, and that the non invasive prenatal paternity test results would take 7 full business days to come back. I did the testing on a Thursday afternoon and had the results by Tuesday morning of the following week. Of course, I was happy to get the results sooner than expected, but didn’t realize this should have been a red flag. During my first prenatal appointment on Thursday of the same week, my doctor told me that this testing is NOT approved by the FDC and that there is NO SCIENTIFIC WAY TO GET THE FETUSES DNA FROM MY BLOOD. This representative from DDC who knew my first appointment was this Thursday made sure and well those “results” were available to me before I could speak w my doctor so that I would have to complete the $1699 payment required to get the report. If I could leave 0 stars I would. 100% scam.

      Starting to believe this whole thing is a scam! Bought this home kit at my local pharmacy for convenience to all parties and could register /pay online- was forced to call it in to register and pay. Waited half an hour to get THAT help. Sent in my samples and after 3 weeks have received no updates- was sent it through ***** FYI, so should have been a minimum of 7 days so get results. 3 weeks later, I’m contacted by some agent named JACKIE but cannot seem to get back in touch with her despite having her “direct line”. Called CS Business Line and was on hold 20 minutes just for a “results update” associate to hang up on me after putting me on hold. Mind you, all I asked for was an update as I had gotten a VM from Jackie with no information about why she was calling. The CSR person puts me on hold without further insight or information about why I was being put on hold and then she hangs up! I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. Messing with peoples lives for their own gain and giving everyone little to no help/ run around.

      This company is a profoundly unfunny joke.Entire system is a money grab if you read no further.Setup so you buy an overpriced box in the store which you CAN NOT register with their system online. The registration site is a static page that seems to reject all codes.You have to call and talk to the ONE (1) operator. I used 3 phones too call in and confirm there is a single queue being services one by one.This operator asks you for you to TELL them a secure password over the phone for your account. They ask you for city of your birth and mothers maiden name as well as for your credit card info.This is beyond outrageous in 2022. Companies should not be asking for sensitive information over the phone because a faux registration system designed to deter customers from following through on the testing and collect $40 dollars for a box of swabs with and envelope.

If there are barcode input issues, there is a link that will still allow the customer to register online without the barcode information. Since we are dealing with highly confidential information, we do validate personal identifiers over the phone for any caller to validate their identity before discussing any case specific information.       Awful company. There are peoples lives at hand and for some, these tests and results are very important.1. Call wait time is ridiculously long. 2. Once I was finally through to a person, I set up a prenatal paternity test with the potential fathers information. They booked me on Thursday, February 17th. I called the day before to confirm. and there was no appointment for that day but there was one on Monday February 21 I had no idea because the 17th was when It was said to be.Monday comes and I was able to do my bloood test but the alleged father didnt have an order because the company didnt put it in Hello!! Why would I make an appointment for a paternity test without setting him up to get tested as well. It was a holiday so of course the company was closed. (I got my blood drawn from a local testing facility). Once I got through on Monday, the company said oh yes we see his order right here. I dont know why they didnt put it in again thats the whole point of a paternity test..3. I paid $1700 for the test. I opted to pay an extra $300 for 3 day results. The 3 day results resulted in 6-7 days. 4. I received three emails telling me to call them for more information and or results.Again, call waiting time was awful. 5. Results were in. I called yet again to complete my payment and there computer system was down. This was a Friday afternoon. I paid extra already to have the results given days ago. Results didnt get back to me till the following Monday. Headache of a company. **************** was awful And the whole process was awful. I dont recommend unless you have money and time to throw away.

      This company stole money from me $43 it was a lot less than some of the other DNA tests like the $250 that they stole from one immigrant that's kind of messed up this company needs to be stopped and the better Business bureau needs to be stopped for helping solicitate criminal Acts these people told me that my DNA didn't exist unless I'm an alien or don't exist which I'm pretty sure that I do then you should have some DNA I asked for my money back they told me that they would give it back to me and I still it's been 5 months I still haven't seen any money and the better Business bureau is protecting them for whatever reason I don't know they're making excuses on why they can't do anything this company needs to be held responsible for their actions I'm filing the complaint with the prosecutor's office in ********* **** against this company

There was insufficient DNA on the swabs submitted to complete your test and so we requested that you submit new samples or you had the option to request a refund. After attempting unsuccessfully several times to refund your card, a refund check was mailed to your address on October 14, 2021 via regular mail.
