Dr. ***** ******** operates a mobile veterinary service out of her truck. She came to my house to preform a hematoma surgery for my dog and cat. The dogs ear has recovered but the cats ear has not and has swollen back to an enormous size than before and she refuses to come back to preform the necessary closure of the blood swelling into the ear. I paid her $264.00 for the procedure that was guaranteed to be solvent. and she will not return my phone calls I have called her all of last week (3x's) and this week (5x's) and have not received any phone call returned. I have always returned the consumers calls and emails. She called constantly. I was on vacation, I told her I was unavailable. There was not an emergency. There was no surgery done. The cats ear was drained with a needle. The cat was also given medicine to treat an ear infection. Told the consumer treatment was not guaranteed. It could come back and could also go away on its own. Consumer was told the ear infection needed to be treated as it would not go away. The consumer did not want the recommended treatment for the ear infection. Recommended the consumer see another veterinary if they did not approve of recommended services and treatment. Sent the consumer the animals medical records. The bill was for the house call, medication and both exams for the cat and dog. Consumer was not charged for the cats ear draining.
