I am rejecting this response because: this was not my original debt and if I'm trying to do it with the last 5 digits of my social security it's not going through so I will again say I refuse whatever they're trying to say because the last five digits that I'm putting in of my social security they do not have because it is saying it's the wrong information like I originally mentioned

I just checked My details for dividend deposit. They are getting my money and I don't even know who they are. I just googled them and saw that they are collections but I've had no letters or mailings from them. So I'm not sure what is about. They took three payments for $35 or less. I don't know them or why collecting money from me.

My school said I owed them $2,015 which I didn’t know about. The debt was then sent to reliant capital solutions who is now trying to tell me I owe $6000+ but will not provide me with any type of written repayment agreement. They say they don’t do that and I will only receive a letter 7-10 days before each payment is due reminding me that they are taking money from my account. Everything is unprofessional and seems like a scam. I paid them a down payment of $1,089 and agreed to pay $100 a month to them until the debt that was tripled by them is paid off and they are refusing to give me any legal written agreement to that. I’ve uploaded an image containing the down payment I paid but have no other proof as yet have also refused to give me the audio recording of my previous calls. I have started recording calls on my end as well.

I am reporting this company to the BBB in regards in their attempt to collect a Dept for the 10th time since 2018. I have written proof from the original creditor stating I was paid in full with no balance towards the school. Reliant has failed to take that into consideration and has hounded me down for years for a debt that is no longer owed. I’ve filed numerous disputes with the 3 major credit bureaus and they have gladly removed this collections account but they will change part of their name & address to place another collections account under my name, still the same company, Reliant. This is not good business practices and I have no other choice than to take them to court if this keeps up because 5 years is a long time to keep getting “hit” with an imaginary collections account where they have failed to provide a debt validation with my signature on it as well as full payment history & signed proof of debt ownership from ********* ****** ** ******** **** to Reliant. This fraudulent amount they are requesting is one account for a little over $4,200 & another for close to $5,500.

This still shows that Reliant is responsible and submitted to the 3 major credit bureaus that I am still responsible and owing this debt and the debt collector is still showing you guys listed. Please eliminate this with the credit bureaus immediately. Thank you.

Hello, this is **** ********, I contacted Reliant Capital Solutions by mail and using their website's contact us form to ask them what was my account number and for original creditor documents because Reliant Capital Solutions is reporting to Transunion and Equifax that I owe them a debt so I should be able to have access to that information from them. I also asked Reliant Capital Solutions if their company were licensed to collect debt in the state of Maryland. It has been almost two weeks and Reliant Capital Solutions never sent me the requested information or responded to my questions. If they cannot provide me with basic information such as an account number and original creditor statement, Reliant Capital Solutions should not be reporting to any credit bureau or have an active account.

I began receiving phone calls from this company several weeks ago. They would always hang up as soon as I answered. I'd call back, they'd rudely tell me there is no account linked to my number. Everyone I've spoken to there has an attitude to them, especially when i requested their address to send a cease and desist. I simply want peace and it's a shame that this company can't respect their mistake and stop harassing me.

This complain is due to the negative marks you’ve made on my credit file. I would be willing to accept this debt if it were mine and upon Validation and Proof of Claim but it’s not mine and there’s no way that you can validate it. I am requesting proof that I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt and that there is some contractual obligation which is binding on me to pay it. Please note that this is NOT a request for “Partial” Validation but rather, it’s a request for EVERYTHING listed in my letter order to constitute full and sufficient validation of this debt.

I am rejecting this response because: After reviewing the information you sent me, I must inform you that you have failed to validate this debt. Your office hasn’t sent any portion of what appears to be acceptable documentation so you have not yet provided sufficient evidence, per the FDCPA and as required, that this alleged debt is accurate and mine.

You DID NOT SEND the following information I needed:
1.Complete payment history, including but not limited to, verification by line item (with an explanation of each item) for the entire amount, dates of execution, as well as last date of activity. This requirement was established by ******* ****** **************
      2.Proof of my identity
3.Proof that ********* ** owns this debt or the Contract giving you power to collect
4.Proof that this debt has not been written off as a tax liability
5.In addition, I've recently learned that you're required to send me notification of this debt and your plans to report it to the credit bureaus prior to doing so. YOU NEVER DID THAT! And if you think you did, then you must also send me proof that you did.
6.As you can see, your company has clearly failed to send the legally required validation of this debt. So I would suggest you go ahead and remove this account from my credit file right away.

This company, of which I've had no contact with, filed for collections and reported fraudulent claims to Equifax and others in regards to an amount of 1075.00 allegedly owed to them. The money was owed to, and paid (01/13/2022) to the ******** ****** **********. I'm not sure how or why they feel they have any right to claim this money, as it wasn't owed to them in any way shape or form. The ********** charged me due to withdrawing after a certain amount of time, (I was in and out of the hospital and couldn't afford to fail) and would not allow me to make payments, so I saved up and paid it off, to the school, in full, on the first day I was able to. I got hurt on duty when I was in the hospital for my spine when I had to withdraw, and haven't had a paycheck since June, so yes it took a while to save, but no I dont owe this company, not to mention it was paid off directly to the school weeks before this company decided to fraudulently report it for whatever reason. I'm not sure what you need as far as documents go, but I'll get you whatever you do. I've attached screenshots of the school's site to show there is no balance and you can contact them directly as well according to the young lady I spoke with. They need to fix this on all of my credit reports immediately. This is absolutely inexcusable and can ruin me finally getting a job now that I'm able to walk on my own again and in the hiring and background investigation process...

This company has called me, my wife, my father, and other family members asking for me. When I answered, the rep asked if they were speaking to me and I asked who it was (Obviously) the rep said "For the second, third, fourth, fifth time" just being rude for no reason. the rep was very rude, impatient, unprofessional, and annoying. They have sent me a letter stating I have 30 days to validate the debt but it hasn't even been 10 days and they reported to my Equifax report. I sent a letter today for debt validation due to the fact it is not mine. I need validation. I am more than willing to litigate if this is not removed from my credit report and for the harassment to my family members asking for me.
