This company continues to text me because it has business of [mine] in its office even after I have opted out of the messages. I do not have any debt that has been sent to a debt collector. Furthermore, when I go to the payment link on their website, it requires my SSN to get further information. This is most definitely a scam.

I do not have any debts. All my loans are current. This is a scam pure and simple.

Received a call from Reliant Capital Solutions, who stated I had student loans that were in collections with the Ohio Attorney General. A few days later, in writing, I sent a request for Debt Validation, what I received after several weeks was a one page print out with my name and the amount due, nothing else. I'm not sure if these people don't know what a Debt Validation letter is, or if they can't produce the documents because they don't have them, but this is not how you do business. I will not be making any type of restitution to them without the proof of debt. Sadly, this is a woman owned business making the rest of us look bad.

I do not owe any money to reliant capital solutions and never heard of an attorney general with Ohio taxes calling to collect funds I paid all of my taxes and no problems were indicated and I am sure this is a scam as Ohio tax sends correspondence & does not call like this I wish for these calls to be discontinued before someone gets scammed out of their money!

Received a call tonight after 8pm. I told the "gentleman" that called I refuse to talk to him about any debts after this time and they can call back in the morning or before this time. This same "gentleman" proceeded to talk over me and accuse me of not updating my information with their company. I asked he got a new number for me if they didn't have my updated information he could not answer. This company is horrible and needs to be reviewed for the horrible company it is.

They keep sending me bills for tax payments I've already made. I sent them a verification of debt letter, and they send one back saying the debt is with another company now. A month goes by, and they send me the same bills again. And the company they gave the "debt" to never reaches out to me. My taxes are paid. They are always paid. I wish they would stop lying and stop harassing me.

I am really skeptical of this company. I'm wondering if they are getting access to public information in order to call and claim people owe collections on debts they do not owe. For one, the phone number that called me is connected to an organization called the **** **********, which looking into, seems to be a scam. And it was a fake phone number anyway, as the call back number they provided in a voice mail was a different area code from a different city and state. They also referred to me by my nickname and not my legal name, which is another red flag. They claimed I owe on my student loans, and the organization I owe student loans to only has access to my legal name. I have had calls from the **** ********** before, and they have impersonated employers looking to "interview and hire" me. The lesson here is to be skeptical of any debts this "company" says you owe. Do not contact them directly. Instead, go to a credit reporting agency to verify your debts. Your credit reports will have information for any collections accounts added to your credit report. You can send collection agencies a letter from there to verify your debts. Even speaking to scammers on the phone is incredibly dangerous. Do not provide your personal information to them either.

For one, they’ve sent letter to an address that I haven’t lived at in years. A rep by the name of ****, called and was extremely rude, told me “it’s been in collections for months, you’re just now trying to pay it off” and couldn’t answer any questions. He also had a fraudulent number of what I “owe” and did not want to transfer me to his manager. I had to call my schools collection department to send an email to verify they had the wrong number. After that, **** nor his manager could tell me WHY they had the WRONG amount. They’re constantly lying about policies as if people can’t just LOOK it up and gets extremely upset and rude when you know what you’re talking about and have documents to back it up. As a “businessman” which **** of RCS is not, if I am offering your an amount to pay off now, why would you not take it? Negotiations are not illegal ESPECIALLY if RCS bought the debt as they keep denying. My advice for RCS, train your collectors more. They don’t know jack shit. I wouldn’t even give y’all one star if I didn’t have to do a star minimum. Pathetic.
