    We have stopped at this location several times and while the food is good, the service is absolutely horrible. Last night my husband and I decided to give them one last try and this visit was by far the worst. We went in and asked for meals with all legs and they said it would be about a 12 to 15 minute wait, which was fine. They were in the middle of changing shifts, OK no problem...but when you end up waiting 1 hour and 8 minutes for your order and still end up taking what they have on hand...NOW THAT IS A PROBLEM!! I asked to talk to the manager because I wanted him to put the time we received the order and his initials on the receipt. He looked at me and said that he wasn't putting his name on it because he just came in but he would put the name of the manager on duty when the order was taken. Why is there NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY MORE? I've tried sharing my feedback at their website with no reply at all. So save your money, time and aggravation and go else where. Thank you. P.S. I had to leave at least a one star review to post this...but they don't deserve it!
