This company is terrible!!! I have been without AC for over a month. Theyve had three technicians out here. Every time someone comes out here they tell me something different now they are charging me more money out-of-pocket. I was lied to and told it was the coil and then turned around and told that it was Freon. I dont believe this company. I think theyre liars and manipulators. Ive looked at the reviews and everyone seems to be saying the same thing. They want to put it off on the warranty company, which is a bunch of crap!! Sooo upset!

I wish I could give a ZERO STAR. I had a FAST RESPONSE tech come to my home because my 3 ton AC unit was NOT cooling. I was told it could NOT be repaired as a repair if done would ONLY last a few days. The new 3 ton would cost $7k per the estimate. The technician went to my outside ***** and saw a rat so I gave him a broom to merely MOVE it. Un be known to me he proceeded to use my broom to very inhumanly beat the rat to death. I asked that he place the now ****** broken broom in the trash and dispose of the rat as well. Needless to say the rat was merely moved to the outside of my garage door and has been there for 6 days despite the office telling me it would be picked up. Please treat customers better if you want to remain in business.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FROM E ****** CINCININNATI ****!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I used this company with my home warranty. Called to have service on 6/16/2025 a technician came out on 6/20/2025 stated something was wrong with the ** and made recommendation Fast Response Heating & Cooling was able to get ** up and running, 2 days later the ** went back out. I called ***, they dispatched the company out again, I received the confirmation text of the date and NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED. I called the company over 10 times, NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. Residents finally had to go to a hotel during the heat wave of 90-degree and above. I called AHS to cancel the service on 6/30/2025 and reported no one called or showed up . I paid for another vendor to repair the **. On 7/1/2025 I get yet another confirmation from Fast Response Heating and Cooling that someone would be out. I called *** to make sure they did not since this was already handled by another vendor of which I had to pay out of pocket. I called and asked for a refund from AHS who told me the Fast Heating and Cooling stated they were out on 6/20/2025 and DID NOT FIND anything wrong! WAIT! So I paid AHS a service fee for NOTHING TO BE WRONG? With a follow up for someone to come back out. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. So if you do not want to waist your money - Do not use this company! Plus, with the numerous amounts of complaints I have seen on BBB. NO THANKS!

Seeking professional help for my approximately 15-month-old Minisplit inverter compressor system, I even visited their location beforehand to ensure they were comfortable working with this type of newer technology.Despite this, the technician who came to my home stated that ***************** were unreliable and suggested replacing it with a new traditional unit for a significant cost. This was in addition to their initial diagnosis of needing replacement electronic boards, quoted at a substantial price for parts and labor. The technician's invoice comments indicated "burned" boards due to a power surge which was untrue.Adding to the frustration, the unit is now running perfectly after another company identified and fixed a simple electrical line issue. This directly contradicts the initial diagnosis of major component failure. The claim of "burned" boards was clearly incorrect. Consequently, I was unnecessarily without air conditioning for two weeks because the actual problem should have been resolved during the initial visit.Based on the initial diagnosis, I ordered replacement electronic boards at a significant cost. These parts were entirely unnecessary, and I am now stuck with them, potentially facing return shipping fees. When I inquired about a "Diagnosis Invoice" to understand the issue and potentially utilize my warranty, the company was uncooperative, refusing to provide necessary information. The ***** contradiction between their diagnosis and the actual problem, the suggestion to replace a relatively new unit, the inaccurate notes on the invoice, the demonstrably false claim of "burned" boards, the unnecessary purchase of expensive parts, the two weeks without AC due to their error, the lack of cooperation regarding the diagnosis invoice, and subsequent communication attempts all point to a significantly flawed initial assessment and unsatisfactory service.

Fast Response is fast, dependable, honest and was very affordable against all of the companies in my area. ******* was very professional, courteous and considerate of my floor with shoe covers. The install crew - ***** and **** came in installed my new efficient equipment and after 30 days my electric bills went down. Thank you for being so professional and responsive.

do not use this company for anything. We had them come out to check on our furnace and AC unit back in July 2024. We were told absolutely nothing was wrong with anything and we were in good shape. that they recommended doing a yearly maintenance so we signed up for that. In September 2024 they were to come out to look at our furnace for its service check up and instead of doing that they up sold us air ducts and had told us they were all ripped apart, rusting and needed replaced immediately. The person that came out in July did not mention this. Since they have completed the work, we have had nothing but issues my heating and cooling in my home is still horrible, not resolved at all. I had filed a customer complaint. The owner was to reach out to me. two weeks later he finally did then cut me off mid sentence and that hed look into it and figure it out and then hung up. the last time they had to come out to the house they said that the coil in my furnace was bad, well when they replaced my air ducts, they ripped half my furnace apart, so Im not sure how they didnt figure that out and if they were there for a maintenance check up on my furnace why didnt they tell me that to begin with and try and sell me a furnace and not air ducts. Very sketchy company would never use them ever again. I tell all my friends and family dont ever use them There is a more in-depth post on their Website on ******.

Disreputable company trying to ************************** (***) customers. I suspect they got the contract to service the area for *** because they agreed to undercut the prices of parts covered by *** plans and then upcharge for other parts or supplies not covered by plans. I originally requested to have my heating unit tuned up and checked for the winter season in Oct 2024. It took two months for a technician to come out toward the end of Dec. The technician was nice and noted that my compressor was struggling and would need replaced. I had to submit another $100 service request with *** for FRHC to come back out to diagnose my heating unit again and report the problem. *** notified me that it would cost $2270 to replace my compressor to cover 10lbs of refrigerant and some locking caps. Suspicious of high prices, I called other local HVAC companies who all said 410A refrigerant runs $75-100/lb. FRHC was charging $240/lb. Moreover, the only other option *** was only willing to provide was a cash out option to replace the compressor for $345--around the price FRHC was charging them. I quickly realized what was going on. FRHC was undercutting costs of replacement parts for AHS and overcharging for parts/services not covered by *** in order to offset liability for *** unto their customers. Instead of charging me like maybe $900-1000 to replace my compressor, they were attempting to charge me $2270. It's a joke. **** is complicit in these shady business dealings in order to get contracts from home warranty companies so they can rip off customers. If they're willing to cheat *** customers, then how much are they willing to cheat their own customers? Poor business ethics. And they were rude over the phone when trying to discuss their prices. Would never deal with this company again.

As a contractor for *** they were sent out to look at my heater. FR responded (funny name since it took them so long); they checked the system, took pictures, and said we ONLY* needed a part - (that was in March) - after a week, I called and got "part was on order," "back order," in (April) I was able to speak to a Manager/******* who had the part on another job in another state (that is 3 months w/o heat), by then (I think early May) it was hot (a good thing), went to turn the air on and it was not working, so we had to make another claim, another $100 and wait, same guy arrived said the condenser was out and we were savvy people, since it had some other issues that would need repairing in a few months (where the freon would cost us another 2K) we should just get a new unit. Felt like bait and switch, so I called and paid an outside contractor to look at the heater and air. Thank goodness, *** ******* found we had a cracked heat exchanger, and if we had turned it on, we could have blown up our house or died from poisoning; TD also said the air was toast, and the issues noted and some not found by the other FR, were required fixes. We called FR back, and they had us forward the TD pictures to them. They used those to re-submit to AHS - they didn't even return and take their own. After another 4 weeks, *** agreed to replace the heater but would only pay $800 of the more than 6K charges - and then still would only replace the condenser on the **** around $800 as they didn't hear we had other issues from FR. I went back to ******* - who I felt was trying to help us, but then, I think, gave up as I stopped getting callbacks and was left with their Customer **********************. I assume some of this is because of AHS, but the part mixup and missing MAJOR* issues are not. Charging more than other contractors for custom ductwork (my heater fits in a closet, not 2K of ducting). In the end (now July), I replaced BOTH units for 6K total through another contractor vs. 15K from FR.
