Can't believe he is A+ Accredited. I called early last week -- possibly on Monday 3/14/2022. Owner agreed to stop by the next day to look at my project. He came highly recommended by a local building supply concern. When he didn't show, I called and asked if he had been delayed. These things happen. He explained he had an emergency repair to take care of and offered later in the afternoon. I said only mornings work for me and he asked if Wednesday was OK -- I said Thursday would be good as I could not be here on Wednesday. I guess it was late on Wednesday he called and said his wife made a doctor's appointment for him when he agreed to be here Thursday,. He offered Friday. I said sure and asked him a landscape question since he couldn't be here in person TH. He never confirmed Friday and never answered my question. I called and his mailbox was full. He didn't return my texts. I don't know why he didn't just tell me no when I first called. Or said when I called at his first no-show that he changed his mind. I don't know why he strung me along all week giving me hope that a highly recommended person was going to look at my project. An A+ BBB Accredited person, too! Does it get any better than this?I did try to fix the 2 loose blocks in my ***** Block Wall myself. I was able to lift 4 blocks (2 were loose but the other 2 were preventing their removal) and I did what I was able to do after reading the ***** Block blog -- maybe I got it right maybe not -- maybe my wall will collapse because the only person I was able to talk to didn't show up three times last week.....and so now here I am -- disgusted, angry, not sure if it is because I am a woman, my job isn't big enough, or some other reason. If he is ill, I humbly apologize to him and his family. . Someone might have told me. No one did and so here I am complaining on the BBB review.....to no avail I am sure.
