    On 5/18/23 ****** ******* and helper showed up to do a electrical job at my residence. They were hired to install new 200 AMP meter box and separate 4 circuits. He unhooked the power from the pole to the house and pulled the meter without AEP present (not allowed by AEP). The connections from the pole to the house were not waterproof and the meter box was also not waterproof as he did not use conduit on top of the box. It was bid as a one day job and it took a week and 4 trips before I had to fire him. ****** did not even come on the 4th trip, he sent his helper who had no idea what needed to be done to fix the problem. I then hired another electrician and he found a bare hot wire that ****** left out of the junction box and stuffed under my insulation (fire hazard) in the attic. He also found where ****** spliced into 2 wires, right next to 2 junction boxes, creating another fire hazard. I paid ****** $1900 cash on 5/19/23 when he said I was good to go and if I had any problems "just let me know". Later that night I found outlets that were not working and tried to contact him and did not hear from him until the morning of 5/22/23 via text. When he showed up that morning (3rd visit) with his helper, he was unprofessional and belligerent. He went into the attic and I thought that he had fixed the problem, but did not. I asked ****** to look at a couple of issues I had with his work and he would not get out of his van. I had to physically stand in front of his van to get him not to leave and look at my concerns. At one point, ****** was telling his helper to get in the van (who was trying to listen to my concerns) or he was leaving him at my house. I have occurred an additional $1000 in repairs to fix his dangerous work and I'm looking for a full refund on what I paid ******. He is driving around in his work van and proudly displaying a BBB accredited sticker on the back that should not be there. I have attached pictures of the areas from the attic.

    I am rejecting this response because after 4 visits and ****** not showing up for the 4th visit and sending his helper who could not fix the job, I had to fire them. Work was not completed as per our agreement.
