  My flip phone was deactivated after buying a new smartphone and I forgot to download all my pictures taken over ten years. I tried a couple of places but they couldn't recover the images and thought it was hopeless until trying SalvageData. Dustin was my case manager and he walked me through the process and assured me that it could be done. Well, all images were recovered and I'm very grateful for such a service. Thank you, Dustin and the SalvageData team, awesome job!!

  Disappointed for $1k. I was told my platters were unscratched and recovery was possible. Well, that was only partly true. The first time they sent me a tiny fraction of the files on my drive. I rejected the recovery and they sent me more the 2nd time. Still not everything. I felt a little misled into believing this would be a complete recovery. Also did not get any of my original equipment back. I would have been happy to send that to another place to recover photos of lost family members... Just felt a bit misled by what they stated was possible and what I got, especially for the price. case *******

  Outstanding service!!
  I dropped my hard drive a year ago and thought the data was lost forever.
  After sending the hard drive into SalvageData, they analyzed the disk and told me they were going to be able to retrieve all of the data.
  Hugh transferred all of the photos and files onto a new hard drive and I could not be happier.
  They did exactly what they committed to.

  I worked with Micah who was knowledgeable and responsive. I was quoted a rate here to salvage the date from my phone that was literally half of what a competitor quoted me. I’m waiting to receive the files but so far the process has been relatively seamless. Only thing I would recommend is the payment options - there is currently only a payment plan to break it down into 12 months and nothing less. I wanted to make it into 2 payments (vs 12) and the system didn’t allow for that without holding up the delivery of my files (which didn’t make sense bc if you opted for 12 months you would receive the files immediately).

  I worked with Chris and found it a much easier process than what I
  expected. Almost every file was recovered and that's alot. If I ever need this service again there is no question that I would use DataSalvage again.
