    Quoted a date 2 weeks in advance and said they would be here around 1:30. Did not show up and did not call. I called at approx. 2:30 and was told they were running late and the daughter would call when they were in route. Called again at 4:55 and was told they were headed for a job in Worthington - the other side of town. I was originally told I was the 3rd job of the day with 2 jobs after me. On today's call, I was told I was last in line for the day. IF they managed to show up today, it would probably be after dark. Angie could not give me a specific future date or time that I could expect them to show up. This is definitely not the kind of service that I expected from a company that is supposed to have an A+ rating. If I could rate them at less than a one star, that is what would be reflected on this review.

    I was told by customer that we needed to wait for son to get home so after 1:30 was good. My crew has several jobs a day so we cant specify an exact time as they just go from job to job. My crew is working out of a dump trailer instead of our normal grapple truck which slowed them down for the day. We didnt need anyone there to do the job as it was just get the tree on the ground as a leave lay. I did let her know my team was behind and we would be late in getting there. She was not satisfied with waiting. I offered to come first thing the next day but since I couldnt commit to 1:30 when her son was there she wasnt satisfied with that either.

    I called on Monday, 8/22, to see if they could come earlier on the 23rd. Was told I was 3rd with 2 ahead of me and 2 appointments after. On Tuesday I called and was told I was "last". I asked if I could be rescheduled for first on Wednesday and was told she might be able to schedule me for Wednesday or Thursday with no guarantees. She did not offer next day - I requested it. By the time they went to Worthington and back it would have been after dark so I thought my appointment would be carried over and I would be first on the following day. Equipment failure aside, there is no excuse for failure to call and advise of a delay rather than me having to call her. She only let me know there would be a delay after I called (twice) to find out when they might be arriving. I believe she wanted me to cancel the job to get her appointments back in line so she got her cancellation and I did not get my tree removed. Extremely poor scheduling and non-existent customer service contact practices.
