      Got my son a wagon the parts didnt line up right at all . Sent them proof of purchase. They would not help me since it was past a year. And sadly it is dangerous that it not coming together right . They pretty much didnt care even though I told them it was in a box because of my son was too small at the time . They said a manager will reach out to me if been a month no response from them. They will not stand by their product after a year is not good even if a safety of a child is concerned. The wheels fall off with no warning can even get them to snap in place other people had the same problem with this item base in review. I will not be buying from this company again my son is very disappointed in his toy and almost got hurt by it .

      purchased two of these units-both arrived missing hardware. They were purchased well in time to be received before Christmas.  When assembling, we learned they were BOTH missing critical hardware to complete.  When calling in to the customer care number, we were told it wouldn't be until after Christmas when the replacement parts would arrive.  It is obvious that Little Tykes is not completing orders as they should be. 

      We have been Little Tykes customers for over 30 years.

      Consumer called Little Tikes on December 18th and an order was placed for the missing hardware.  The missing hardware shipped *** Surepost and was handed off to **** on December 20th.  The package is scheduled to be delivered today, December 28th.  We apologize that the parts did not arrive in time for Christmas.

      I ordered 3 little tikes magic workshop toys for my family members and they all came damaged. Little Tikes is trying to minimize the damage saying it is not their problem that they send me used or damaged goods. I sent photos showing that there are cuts and broken parts in the toy and they say that is can be "wiped away." Not sure how I can clean and wipe away a cut but Little Tikes seems to think I am a magician. I have never dealt which such horrible service from a company that is supposed to be all about joy for kids. They just keep saying it is not in their policy to take returns. Not sure how it is the customers problem to deal with bad business practices and broken products. I would not buy toys from this company for my family going forward after this horrible situation I have experienced.

      Consumer received a refund for one of the Magic Workshops and refused to send the photos requested so we could proceed with assisting further.  We need to see all three full units together and the consumer will not comply.

      Purchase 2 little tikes 3 foot trampoline last year September. They both have 1 year warranty and they both has issues, I called several times to get the parts for one replaced a handle bar containing a sponge and leg which I received. I have been waiting for the replacement part or a new one in full as my 2 year old who just turn 3 weighs 27 lbs is the only child who jumps on it and the elastic busted out where his foot can p*** through the bottom. The handle bar is also in 3 parts not a 1 piece item that screws in the leg which the leg lost the threading and does not tighten. Again there both within the 1 year warranty they send 2 handles for one and 1 middle black padding for the other and sent me an email as" A on time courtesy was sending the left and right handle". How is it a 1 time courtesy when it cant be used without the leg to screw in and it is within warranty and I purchased two. When I called the staff was rude and seem to don't even like children and so does the product claims to stand the weight of a 55 lbs and for the ages of 36 months to 6 years old. I have one child with 2 trampolines who just turned 3 and weighs 27 lbs. less then a year both has different issues.

      Hi,  We tried ***isting the consumer and had sent replacement parts for one of the 3" Trampolines that she owns.  In the process of trying to figure out what additional parts were needed for the second trampoline, the consumer got very abusive with our agent.  At this point in time we will no longer be able to ***ist the consumer with her requests.  I have included the email exchange from the consumer.

      On July 14th 2023 I contacted Little tikes in reference to my sister had purchased a shopping basket for my son and long and behold when she got it she said that she threw the box away but we noticed that the wheel attachments was messing all four wheels and all the parts that make the shopping cart operable I basically contacted a Little tikes to get these replacement parts willing to pay for them I spoke to a lady named ***** she was very very rude and obnoxious she said well let me know where your sister got them from got the basket from so I was texting her and asking her and basically she tried to say that I got it from ****** I said I never said that she got it from ****** I don't know where she got it from and SO waiting for my sister to contact me back I asked ***** was I able to just purchase the the set of things that I need it she basically told me I could purchase them but I had to go online to order them she did not want to take my order she did not was not willing to give me some new ones or let me purchase any so basically I was pretty much out of luck this is unacceptable and something needs to be done about this or I will not recommend friends or family to buy any products of Little tikes it ever again

      Thank you for the inquiry and we apologize that Ms. **** is upset with how the call was handled.  Little Tikes calls are recorded, and we listened to the call that ******* **** had with ***** and found no wrongdoing on *****'s behalf.  We do offer these parts for sale on the Little Tikes website.  The parts can be purchased by going to ********************* and looking up the Shopping Cart and selecting the parts that are required.  Unfortunately, the call center that we utilize is not permitted to place orders for our consumers as they are not permitted to collect consumers credit card information.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you.

      ***** was very rude and obnoxious she was unhelpful about the items I end up had to buy the items so it doesn't matter I will not recommend anybody to use your products or buy your products again have told friends and family get the response have gotten from Little tikes and they've already dissatisfied with that Little tikes have lost a few customers because of this quite a few

      I have purchased a Little Tikes 15ft trampoline that is less than 2 years old. The quality of this trampoline is the lowest I’ve ever seen. In less than 18 months I am in need of replacement parts and they are NOT OFFERED at all. Which leads me to that they are very aware that this is not a long lasting product and they choose not to offer the needed parts that do not last. This product has now become a safety hazard as it is no longer upholding its original design. I was willing to purchase the needed parts and that is not even an option. My 8 year old son is no longer able to use this. The safety net no longer zips The blue circular padding protecting the springs has dry rotted The styrofoam foam tubing around the poles of the net have also dry rotted.

      We are sorry to hear of the condition of the trampoline as environmental issues do occur more often in different states.  The consumer purchased this product in December of 2020 and contacted us at that time to send hardware which we did.  The warranty for this item is the following: We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year * from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) and all other parts are free of defects in material or workmanship for 90 days.  The items that are mentioned in the complaint are items that are out of warranty by over a year.  At this time we do not offer the parts for sale that are being requested.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I am well aware that i am outside of my warranty and if you’re aware that weather conditions can have an affect on an outdoor product, why is there no option to purchase the replacement parts for this item outside of one year if this is a common issue. This item is no longer safe for jumping and what you are telling me is you rather see me in court for an injury sustained to my child than to allow me to buy replace parts to fix my issue.

      Purchased cook n learn kitchen 11/2022 there were missing accessories. Contacted Little Tykes several times since purchase. Little Tykes requested that I send pictures and proof of purchase in jpeg form. This was done, Little Tykes stated they received no pictures in the emails. I sent the emails to myself as well as Little Tykes, the pictures were attached in jpeg form.

      I was contacted today by Little Tykes. I was told that I would be getting replacement parts and not a new kitchen as stated in the message from Little Tykes to the BBB. I feel Little Tykes should be true to their word and just send me a new kitchen for all the inconvenience this has caused.

      We have discontinued the kitchen that she owns and the only option at this time is to send hardware packs to make a full unit.  We apologize but there is not a kitchen that I can send and therefore the hardware bags are being sent.

      I purchased purchased the VIRO RIDES FREE STYLE HOVERBOARD. This item has never been used! The battery does not hold charge whatsoever. All over the amazon reviews as well as other reviews this hoverboard has had battery issues that could be potentially dangerous. I never even got to use the item because it is defective! I tried contacting tikes several times via mail and email for the warranty department since I was still in the scope from the manufacturer warranty. There was only one email that was responded back to me which was of Cynthia ; she created an activity number *******. I sent her all the information, but she asked for all of images in JPEG format which I quickly replied with, but after that she went silent. She never replied to my multiple messages. I KEPT showing them the receipt, pictures of the item all around, and explaining the situation. FROM the several emails I sent and the countless mails I received I would only receive this generic responses? Covid 19 should not be a cop out as to why you could not get back to me

      My daughter received a climb n slide trampoline from my mother for her birthday. We started to put together only got to step one and two of the bars was missing the button caps so we could not go any further, I decided to check all part and also noticed was missing two other bars, I emailed little tikes with photos of trampoline still in original package with all parts laid out with up close photos of parts. Received a email back stating they could not replace parts without a receipt. I did call target and manager did say I could return without receipt. But my husband works out of state and he was supposed to come home this week but work ran longer then normal. I have no one else to help to load that big box for a return. I’m very upset with little tikes, they use to be a name you could stand by and say top products and serice, I just can’t believe they would rather me return then just send of a few parts.

      The consumer contacted us on 6/7 by email and we requested a receipt which is our standard procedure.  Consumer responded on 6/9 stating that she didn't have a receipt and that she was returning the product to Target.  No other response was received from consumer to send out missing parts.  We will reach out to the consumer today and get an order placed for the parts that are missing and have them shipped to her.

      I purchased a Viro Rides (a Little Tikes brand) 'Freestyle' at a cost of $99.99 (105.99 w/ Tax) in July of 2021 for my childs birthday the following month. It was non-functioning when opened and outside of the return window where purchased. Alternatively, I contacted Little Tikes to troubleshoot and subsequently start a warranty claim (Ref. ******* ). I submitted requested information including my dated receipt of purchase and photos of the product (defaced, also per their request). As the product was no longer supported they had me chose another product(s) of similar value as replacement. I was given an order number ( ********** ) and told it would take 10-14 business days for the order to arrive, it did not. Over the following months I made several phone calls checking on the delivery status of the order which they claimed was delayed due to supply chain issues. The last call I made I was encouraged in believing the items would arrive before Christmas, they did not. It is now a couple weeks past the holiday and still no replacement products and no further communication from them. I believe they are deliberately neglecting to follow through with their promise and dispute that they are making a good faith effort to resolve my warranty claim. Additionally, the Items I was requesting have been available for purchase at several retailers in my area in the month leading up to Christmas indicating that they have had the ability to get the order to me and have chosen not to.

      After researching the consumers claims I have found that the items the consumer selected as replacements were shipped on January 24th and were delivered on Friday, January 28th on UPS tracking number ******************.  We apologize for the delay, but we did not have stock and weren't able to ship until stock was available.  Some retailers take stock directly from the vendor and Little Tikes does not always have the stock available that the retailers do.
