            On April 27th we paid 2200 dollars to arbor plus for the removal of 2 trees and the trimming and dead branch removal of a third. The initial agreed upon mount was 2900, 1200 per total removal and 500 for the trim and dead branch removal. After the first two trees were down, I spoke with the owner Hayden, and we cut a deal to have me, the property owner, take care of cleanup in exchange for a 700 dollar price cut. This still left the third tree to be addressed, however, it was already late in the day. They ended up cutting 3 lower branches from the third tree, and then packing up to leave. The dead branches that were our main concern were still left in the tree and the trucks had departed for the evening. When confronting Hayden about this he seemed displeased that they left before trimming the other areas but stated they would return to finish the next day. Hayden never returned and it has been 6 plus months. Communication with him broke down and all attempts to get the job finished or obtain a refund for the unfinished work has failed.             This is as short as I can make this review. Our neighbor had a lot of trees to remove and had Hayden at arbor plus come out for an estimate. We had two trees we wanted removed and one tree we wanted trimmed so he gave us an estimate as well. In April of 2023 him and his crew came out to do our neighbors and our work all the same day. Hayden left the site and returned after his guys had driven away down the road without cutting a big limb they were supposed to trim that overhangs our neighbors house and without finishing the trim on our large tree leaving several extremely obvious dead branches. He strung us along for MONTHS about when he was coming back out to finish and then eventually stopped responding to us. Left a review on ******** and he finally responded basically saying he cut us a "deal" and why would he bring thousands of dollars worth of equipment back out for just a few dead branches. He also mentioned he would have finished it eventually next time he was "in the neighborhood". Not sure how we were supposed to know that since he completely stopped communicating with us. First of all, I didn't ask for a deal. Second, if I knew this "deal" meant he would use it as an excuse to take our money and never complete the job then I wouldn't have went with his company for the job. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant, horrible customer service. 0/10 do not recommend. If you do decide to go with this guy, don't pay him in full until that job is done.
