It was a pleasure working with Ascent Roofing. I was referred to them by one of my neighbors. Brent, the owner and Alan, his assistant, came out to give me an estimate. They were very courteous and pleasant. They took their time in speaking with me and answered all of my questions. They even had suggestions on how to improve the ventilation in the attic. Even though, I had several questions, they did not appear to rush me or be in a hurry. The roof was installed in late May 2024. The roofing crew showed up twenty minutes earlier than the start time. They were very professional and worked diligently all day. Alan was there to supervise the crew and he worked very well with them. Alan, took a lot of pictures of the new roof and what had been done. He took his time in sharing them with me even though it was getting late in the day. He was very patient and answered any questions I had on what had been done. You can't go wrong calling them for an estimate.Review from Jana I

Jana I. My home sustained a huge amount of hail damage in the Central Ohio hail storm that hit in late July 2023 I was concerned that I might need a new roof, as I knew my roof was over 15 yrs old but truly didn't know where to start to find out. I happened to be out in my yard a few days post storm with my dog before going to work and a gentleman was out looking at some of the roofs in the area. His name was Marc Schmauch from Ascent Roofing and we started talking. He told me their company was veteran owned and operated which I loved and their committment to doing quality work. Being a single female homeowner I started asking questions about roofing materials and how you know if you truly need a roof to see if maybe I needed a new roof. He said we can inspect it for you, if by chance you don't need a roof we will tell you. Since I was leaving for work soon he made arrangements to bring the different types of roofing material out so he could explain and I could see and feel the materials, look at available colors, and know how the whole process works. When Marc came back out I was blown away by the amout of time he took to be sure I understood the options, the pros and cons of the different shingles, the process of having an insurance adjuster come out to look at the roof, filing insurance claim not only for my roof, but my gutters that were damaged too. Ascent took care of everything Marc even suggested that I may want to stay at home with my pets as they sometimes are tramatized by all the pounding. I don't think many companies worry about the comfort of pets I thought that was truly special. Marc even came back the next morning to make sure the gutter company had everything they needed for their part of the job and checked again at their completion. Ascent Roofing Solutions is an awesome company, the professionalism, the quality of product and workmanship as well as their employees, I will continue to recommend them and use them myself in the future.

Highly Recommended! Superb install and attention to detail! A+++ 10/10 Recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage and Ascent Roofing was recommended. We contacted them and they worked with our insurance and scheduled the install. It took them 1 DAY to remove all of the shingles, remove some wood damage, and completely replace everything. They started at 6:50 a.m. and were complete by 4:00 p.m.! Not only were we pleased with the work they performed, we are pleased with the extra attention to detail throughout the entire project. They placed tarps around the entire house to catch any debris. After they were complete they walked around the entire house to ensure no debris (including small nails) was left after the install. Every person was involved (including the boss) with this task. Even after they were complete they ensured that the trash truck was completely covered so that no trash blows out of their vehicle. This is one of my pet peeves! When unwanted trash blows from a truck all over the road or highway. If you need a new roof, need an inspection, have hail or wind damage please do yourself a favor and look up Ascent Roofing Solutions! They are Veteran Owned and operated! We had our roof on both the house & garage replaced, as well adding gutters w/ guards to both, last Spring (2022). We've waited on the review, to see how everything held up thru the seasons, & could not be more pleased. Thru severe weather they both held their own, & the pouring rain didn't get the best of the gutter guards. Mark was our go to guy, & was always available for the million questions we had; & always w/ a genuine smile. The guys on site were friendly, & got everything done in a couple days time. Only "complaint"? They didn't seem to take their magnet around to pick up the nails/metal bits from the grass. Annoying? Yes. Does it change my feelings about the company? Not a single bit (an honest mistake I'm sure, as they left the magnet onsite, just forgot to use it). We've now used them for a repair on the old roof, as well as a full replacement.
