I purchased my new 2015 XTS luxury w/ warranty from The Lima Auto Mall. They called and said the car was ready for pick-up. The salesman gave me the keys. When I approached the car, I noticed that my sunroof seals had been sliced on all four sides of the vehicle. When I told the salesman, he said, it's okay, ************* home and I will order a new seat of seals. I refused. I requested that he keep the car and order the seals. I would pick up the car along with the seals once they arrived. All of my issues have been with the service departments. In 2021, I wanted to replace my car. Lima Cadillac only had used sedans on their lot because of a chip shortage. The only sedans they had were used. The few new vehicles they had at the time were SUV's. Now, they're changing over to electric but when you compare the vehicle's performance of the CT4, for example, the ratings are poor. The interiors aren't luxury, they're smaller, cheaper quality and the sunroof is half the size of my 2015. Cadillac's 4th quarter sales in 2023 dropped 28% percent. The quality of the brand has declined significantly and unfortunately, the quality of their manufacturing has declined as well. As much as I've loved my car, despite the ***** beginning, I can honestly say that I've never felt like a valued customer. Thank you.
