    I decided to buy a vehicle from Tom ahl dealerships on 9/16/23 trading in 2022 jeep wrangler for a 2014 mustang GT. When purchasing the vehicle I was unaware of the mustang having a whole transmission being replaced even when asking about it. After purchasing the car and not even driving off the lot yet the check engine light came on I contacted the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he told me to wait till Monday to get it checked out becuase the mechanics weren’t there at that time. I decided to drive it home and didn’t think it was anything serious on the way home I got it up to speed on the highway and the transmission locked me out 5th gear. I got it home and decided to run a scan and see what was wrong with it. The scanner came back with 9 different error codes three of them being cylinder 2, 4, and 8 misfiring. I then decided to take it on a test drive to see if I could hear anything and that’s when the transmission blew up on me. It Grenaded all over the the road the car went up into smoke and had to jump out becuase it was catching on fire. Luckily there was no one behind me because it would of peppered that car with shrapnel. I pulled off to the side of the road and called a tow truck to pick it up and towed to Tom ahl. Didn’t hear anything from them until Monday when I called them even tho I called the sales man as soon as it happened. When I walked into Tom ahls on Monday to talk I was greeted by Tom and his daughter we talked and they told me they weren’t going to honor there 2 month , 2000 mile warranty because they said I was hard on the car even tho they have no proof I told them I drove the car twice and had only owned it for 4 hours. While talking to them toms daughter accidentally mentioned that the car had a transmission that was rebuilt already and that it wasn’t reported on the car fax. Having said this they told me that the 20,000 worth of damage done was my fault and that I had to pay to repair it or to get my insurance involved.

    I took my vehicle to be repaired by Tom ahls body shop 2022. They left a line of overspray going up and down my door and left my car decal stripe off. I have been told several times that their decal guy has been off sick. I called several times about it over the next months and eventually just went back. I was told by a woman that she will continue to look for someone to finish the decal and she asked me to also see if I could find someone. I couldn't, but waited patiently for her to call me back. After 90 days u reached back out to her to see if they had any luck. She advised she had not been looking because she thought I would handle finding someone. I paid for repairs and my car was left looking worse than it did when I took it to them. I have tried being patient but it is almost a year later. I spoke to someone on April 10th and was told they had a new decal guy and would get me scheduled and I STILL have not been contacted back.
