    Unfortunately I hired Spotless Cleaning to do a "deep clean" on my house. After spending nearly $400 up front to hire them, they showed up with a bunch of Dollar General cleaning supplies and not even a vacuum cleaner. They did almost none of the work that they promised and when I sent Matt pictures, he acted as if I was making it up. He agreed to refund me $100 dollars for my trouble. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

    The messages below are the emails I sent to the client. I received an email on a Tuesday with attachments from a cleaning that happen on the previous Friday. That is an excessive amount of time to complain or have concerns. I just can’t validate everything that was sent 3 -4 days later as things could have occurred during his party. Hello, I’m very sorry that the cleaning was not up to our standards or yours. I wish a phone call was placed to us the day of cleaning because I could of have gotten the cleaners back out there to correct our mistakes or even early Saturday morning before your party. I did stop by your beautiful home around noon to see how things were going. The cleaners told me that your wife just left and was happy so far. Yes there are mistakes that should not have been missed according to the attachment pictures. With that being said I cannot validate all of the mistakes that were on that day. Some could have occurred over the pass 3 days. Such as the toilet, floor cleaning around the trash can and carpet area with what appears to be chips of some sort. It’s obvious that we missed the light fixtures and possible non dusted areas. There was a total of 8 man hours put into this cleaning so to say no work or cleaning was done would be unreasonable.  I would like to offer to send cleaners back to address those items or give a $100.00 refund.  You let me know how or what you would like good sir. I hope you had a great weekend and my apologies again on those mistakes that were missed. We strive for excellence and sometimes we do come up short.  2nd email sent to client Good Sir, My apologies if you took it as me calling you a liar. That was not the intent nor what I’m saying. I’m simply stating that I have no way to confirm that’s what the mistakes were when they left. If I would have received this email on Friday then I would be able to confirm it was not completely cleaned when we left. Some of the things that has been shown in todays email of 8 attachments I’m sure I can confirm that was left uncleaned. I stated the light fixtures for example because that’s not possible to look like that over the period of a few days. Please understand that I can only validate certain things from an email picture that has been sent 3 days after the completion of cleaning. I will gladly partially refund you for the amount of $100.00 and for the confusion of you thinking I was being rude and calling you a liar I can also put a 25% discounted price on a future cleaning that will be marked in the system.  Thank you and have a great day I’m sorry for the inconvenience
