    After purchasing a product from Bkingsfirearms, the product was lost in transit with ***. While the company is not directly liable for faults of ***, the company is however advertising product carrier insurance to prevent these situations and limit the number of issues a customer faces(i also purchased insurance for this direct reason, which can be seen in the picture attached). After numerous attempts at contacting the company no resolution has been made nor attempted; constant responses of we are attempting to gain information. it has been almost 3 weeks without an update or meaningful response from a "reputable" company. The complaint is being filled in hopes of; attempting to ensure delivery of the product purchased, replace the product that was not delivered to a *** location requiring adult signature, or a full refund for the item listed. I also would like it noted that I purchased more products from the company which were delivered with zero issues by the postal service. Product price$ 229.00USD The site is currently not allowing me to attach any other pictures other than the second response I received from the company which has still not satisfied or concluded the problem of a charge for a product I never received.

    **********Previous complaint did not allow me to attach all pertinent pictures, etc. nor is it allowing me to attach more than one item; will directly email the companies email as well********** Complaint: ******** I am rejecting this response because: The argument of not being able to initiate a claim with UPS is entirely invalid(if you don't mind sharing that 10 digit grid they gave you) as I also have my exact 10 digit grid of my apartment building and number(*** ** **********; which I will also attach a picture of an arial view of the building to help alleviate any confusion as to the drop off location that was given by UPS as it was aprox. 210 meters away from my building to a completely different apartment building). Also to include to this response will be front door camera footage of the day and time the package was said to have been delivered to my front door, no UPS driver delivered a package. Also to negate the potential argument of a back door delivery we live off of the first floor which would not be possible. As a "reputable" company I expect more, as I am attempting to rectify this issue directly without taking to the internet or spreading these issues. As you can see I've ordered other parts from your site with zero delivery issues; I would like a replacement product as I paid for carrier insurance to prevent these issues (adult signature would have not hindered this issue as it was delivered to the wrong address).

    It wasn’t lost in transit…*** shows a positive delivery, you can’t do insurance with *** when they have a ten digit grid of the delivery. Customer did not pay for signature required so *** left as requested. After that it’s not there responsibility. Our signature required option at checkout is exactly what should have been selected so that neighbors don’t steal the package. As far as not communicating the screenshot he posted is not even a week old. We responded to every email within a day or two. We even forwarded every email from our *** rep.

    I really feel like all of this new information you have should have been shared with us before starting a complain on BBB. It really seems like your just trying to get back at us. Literally none of what you just said was given to us before coming on BBB…what’s your goal here? Everything has been forwarded to you from our rep, we forced ups to make a claim even though they said delivered (just happened today). Still no guarantee. We have stated to you several times we are awaiting a response from them. Every email we had prior to this BBB review is posted here, why wait ten days to bring all this new evidence out? We could have shared this with our rep immediately forcing his hand.

    I am rejecting this response because: I informed the customer service email 2x that the package was not delivered to the proper address and video footage was available. I would like to receive the product that is all i am attempting to achieve.

    Still waiting on our rep to find out where the package went, if it was in fact left at the correct house or wrong house. As stated investigation and claim have been started. Still haven't seen this video evidence that he keeps talking about here that would surely help us get resolution.
