            Hired basham renovation in Jan of 2023 to turn my garage into a bedroom. It was his first job with his new business. After one month thr job was completed. After assuming I can trust him. I paid 3000 for another job. He said he had to do another job then he will complete the one I paid him in advance..After 10 months of messaging. H kept saying After the next job or he was behind..or he will complete the job in a few weeks. In Jan 2024. He finally started the job but only did half..His employers quit on him.Hes behing and low on funds and time. Also said he still has to have a life..etc. as of Dec 17th 2024 and after many attempts to get the job done. I've been told the same excuses. Even tried to say he completed the job. Then agreed he would finish it. Would not recommend. Very unreliable or trust worthy.

            Gave check #**** to **** ****** of $2300. Scheduled week of 3/11/24 to install. Called 4/2024 said he was behind. Started calling in May and he said he was still behind on jobs. Talk with him on 6/27/24 & said as soon as job was finished, he would take that profit money and buy my materials. Told me he no longer the $2300 I gave him for my materials. Called in July every day for weeks & would not answer my calls. Here it is Sept & he still won't answer my messages. 2/9/24 Estimate #*** $4940.73 1/2 down on signed contract 2/14/24.
