    I purchased washed Riverstone and received a pile of mud and rocks. I spoke to the owner and Im stuck with it.

    We were contacted on July 29, 2022, regarding a purchase that was made on April 20, 2022. Customer stated that the stone was "dirtier than he liked". Our river stone is often used for drainage and ground cover. It is not advertised as "washed". We did suggest that he spread the stone out and spray it as that would wash the dirt away. We also offered more stone for his project if it was needed. Customer wanted the stone removed and his money refunded. We do have a 30 day return policy and his purchase was more than 90 days prior to his phone call.

    I did delay on my complaint, my wife purchased the stone and I was under the impression she bought unwashed stone When I finally got around to working with this stone it became clear to me how bad it was. Thats when I made the call to see if frank brothers even sold unwashed stone they informed me they do not to which I raised my complaint. This stuff is SO bad I cant believe they wont work with me on this. I would have accepted any olive branch but I dont call telling me to get a truck and pick up more as anything when I have 5 tons of MUD ROCK in my yard. No amount of water from a garden hose will remove all this MUD. Im not crazy folks just a bit mad !
