    I prearranged arrangements for my mother in August of 2021. She passed on April 4th 2022. Everything I bought and paid for wasn't available. For the last week and 4 days. Obituary in the paper was wrong they tried to charge me again and it took them 5 hrs to find my mom's file. Bad enough my heart is broke but to be going through this is ridiculous.

    In response to the customer complaint, I felt that I handled the situation as best as I could. I made a few upgrades from what was originally pre-planned for because of the issue with the backorder on the Keepsake urn as well as the miscommunication on the obituary. I went ahead and made additional customizations for Prayer Cards instead of the stock cards we have in house, offered and paid for additional days to run the newspaper notice and added an additional keepsake urn free of cost due to not having the one she had originally wanted due to our merchant being on backorder. I made sure we had additional copies of the Newspaper notice for her, register book, custom prayer cards, rushed keepsake jewelry in time for services,urn floral piece and Death Certificates were all ready and set for the services. The day of the services I apologized and informed her that the additional keepsake urn was going to be free of cost due to the merchant not having the urn she wanted originally.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I made those arrangements back in August of 2021. If those items were back ordered why wasn't I notified. Plus the keepsake urn should of been free since I couldn't get the one I wanted. Plus the obituary my brother's name was spelled wrong it was only one day not 2 and they had to correct it. A whole week of B's I had to go through
