              We did not order gas , arricks came and filled our tank while we were at work , got the receipt and it was for another address the amount was 229.23 and quantity is 100 gallon . We received a bill in the mail for this amount . We don’t think it’s right for us to have to pay for their mistake . Our tank was on 49 percent when they came and they could only put 30 percent in . So why would we have to pay the bill ? , I called my south Portsmouth office to talk with them and the women was very rude and told me I was going to pay the bill or they was coming to get our tank . We have our receipt and the bill they sent . I feel that this is arricks mistake and we should not have to pay just because they delivered gas to the wrong address.

              Canceled are budget plan on Feb 28,2022.On March 1, 2022 , came an filled us up, but since canceled are budget plan day before, we didnt get our summer rate , paid about 1 buck more a gallon. Then a around March 4, 2022 or so they cashed my budget plan check I had already mailed them early like always. Dirty business practices. This was the ************ **** Arricks.
