      On January 6 2025, I purchased a refill on my propane. January 8 they attempted to deliver and i was not able to shovel my driveway out before they came. That evening I paid someone to clean my driveway. I called Arrick’s and talked to the manager and told him my driveway was clear. He said he would put it back on the schedule. Now it is the 13th of January and still no propane. I am at 10 percent and I am afraid of running out.

      Emergency heap had paid to fill our tank up and we’re completely out of propane and it’s been over a week and a half I’ve called them since we’re on HEAP they are not going to get in a hurry and I have a family with 2 kids

      We did not order gas , arricks came and filled our tank while we were at work , got the receipt and it was for another address the amount was 229.23 and quantity is 100 gallon . We received a bill in the mail for this amount . We don’t think it’s right for us to have to pay for their mistake . Our tank was on 49 percent when they came and they could only put 30 percent in . So why would we have to pay the bill ? , I called my south Portsmouth office to talk with them and the women was very rude and told me I was going to pay the bill or they was coming to get our tank . We have our receipt and the bill they sent . I feel that this is arricks mistake and we should not have to pay just because they delivered gas to the wrong address.

      We have tried numerous times to contact him.  We would very much like to speak with him to go over options.  The Branch Manager has called several times and left 2 voicemails for *** *****.  Before we proceed with any action, we would very much like to speak with *** ***** so he can voice his preference on how this situation is handled. Unfortunatley, *** ***** has not responded to our contact attempts.
