    I purchased a Sleep8 C-Pap cleaning machine.This machine uses a bag/filter that needs to be replaced every three month. When the three months for replacement were due I went to 1800CPAP.com to order my replacement bag.I placed an order and soon received an email from them in which they informed me that Sleep8 bags were no longer available due to a recall. I contacted them and asked why they have sold me the machine, which cost hundreds of dollars, and know how was I supposed to use it? They responded that there was nothing they could do since they were forced to retire the bags from the inventory. I further asked for a total refund since I had only had this machine for three months, and they denied my request.I had done business with 1800CPAP in the past and was always very happy with their services, but this time they failed me because they didnt care to protect me when I had proven to be an excellent customer to them in the past.
