    Stayed at the baymont by Wyndham *****. **** ********* ** ***** ** ***** on the night of 6/11/22. Checked in late that night only to be woke up to a BED BUG !!!! crawling on our blanket .Went down stairs and reported the issue imeaditly to an Indian man behind the counter that I assumed was the Manger.i told him there's bed bugs in my bed and I would like a full refund . He looked at me with disgust on his face and said (you bring the bugs with you,you trick me ) I replied are you serious told him I want a refund now, he replied ( oh you want refund) I replied yes and I will be reporting this to corporate and leaving a bad review he replied with ( oh you don't want refund) I said I want a refund and will be checking out in 10 mins he said well I have to look .we packed our things checked out and I said ok you gona go look he said (we have your number)we will call you . I got no refund no apology . I have contacted the hotel via complaint on thier website and will be contacting the local health board I have included 3 pictures of the bug on our bed in room 302.i have contacted you because it almost seem like the Manger was withholding a refund cus i was gona contact corporate and leave a bad review ,that almost seems like blackmail to me .I just don't want this to happen to anyone else this is not how you do business and its a major health code violation.
